From what i saw of the game (was working) we looked pretty good going forward, what a difference having aluko and zico makes in creating space for others to play. I know the lad has had a fair few injuries but we should def be trying to sign him up, he's out of contract at the end of the season. Thought the young lad that came on for him (fraser maybe?) looked like a pain in the arse to play against and could be a prospect. Time will tell. Thought folly was pretty solid to again and is starting to looka real find, as for vernon? How nice is it to have goal scorer again. Really like this guy, he works hard and is always trying to bring others into the play. He's got a reall goal scorers instinct as well. As everyone is saying though we need to get the defence in shape. Really wish we had kept foster.

Watching the league challenge cup semi between county and partick. Was a pretty good game that finished 2-2 eventually going to pens. Could not help but cast admiring glances at countys rb Gary miller. He looked very calm and composed on the ball and his positioning was excellent. A couple of times when thistle caught county on the break he was left one on one and won he ball every time. Def worth a look imo.

We were fucking rubbish in the first half, looked totally impotent and just kept launching high balls up the park. The goal was a total fluke thoughbi would need to see it again to asses wether Howard could have done better. I thought that we looked a lot better at the start of the second half and that an equaliser was coming then they scored the second. This conetely nicked the stuffing out of us then when Paton went off for what looked like hee haw to me game was over. What was telling to me about patina sending off was the ict players total lack of reaction to the challenge. Pressure is right on mcghee now, as has been mentioned our defence was all over the place.
