  1. Is there any-chance we can get the title of this thread changed back to "dirty filthy hun scumbag vermin news"? It really had a ring to it.
  2. I made a similar point a few months ago when hertz were facing wind up orders. If it can happen to those two then who's next? Our debt is massive for the size of our club after all. That said Lawell can say what he likes in the press but i lay money the tims are shitting it a bit, they are going to lose a lot of money if der hun go to the wall. The only way for scottish football to move forward in my eyes is by the o/f having considerably less influence. Huns go down to div 3 then they cant join together and veto any motion made with the 11/1 voting system

exactly Incredible how one man not shaking another mans hand can cause such a fuss

    Suarez

I'm not surprised given suarez feels wronged by what has happened to him (rightly or wrongly, to be honest i got really bored of this a LONG time ago and subsequently don't give a rats ass)

  6. ........ Bebo;-)
  7. I'm really tempted to go to bestival this year. Will depend on what my work circumstances are but fingers crossed
  8. One of the best things about this is that before it all actually happened i remember thinking the whyte takeover might be good for der hun
  9. Any word yet on when the replay will be?
  10. Och at least we got a replay this time
  11. Sometimes a guy just needs to vent a little tyrant
  12. The Six Nations Just saying. Fucking fed up of it already
  13. Ian Thomson is a New York-based journalist and former Aberdeen season-ticket holder who attended his first game at Pittodrie in April 1982. Glory hunter
  14. I agree with everything you said there TF bar not giving a fuck. I do, i would love to see it but i'm realistic. I will say this though, i do think the vote will be a close thing when it comes. Its also 2 + 1/2 years of Cameron which i think will change peoples votes waaaaaaaaaaay more than being bored of Salmond ever will. Whatever way of looking at its unarguable that these are interesting times we are living in. I guarantee that every single one of us will look back in 20 years knowing exactly where you were, who you were with and how you voted on the day that Scotland chose it fate. One thing that i have wondered is what will be the criteria that you must meet to be able to vote. It doesn't seem right that someone could move from N/I, Wales or England three months before the vote and be eligible to take part. In contrast it doesn't seem right to deny a non scot the right to vote when they are long term residents and aim to continue to do so
  15. I actually couldn't bring myself to watch more than a minute of that. Any chance you can explain the reference?
  16. That is interesting, an 11% swing is not impossible by any means over 2 and half years
  17. Egyptian journo on the football weekly podcast reckons the egyptian fa are going to try to just ignore it as best as possible. There's not going to be any hillsborough like inquest apparently
  18. I hope he does well if he goes.
  19. We ain't getting shit
  20. Well i'm certainly happier with the squad than i was before. No one has left though, where has the money come for this?
  21. what was the score?
  22. Saha to spurs is a strange one.
  23. Only reason i can think is one i come across in football manager. If its anything like that they might want to try and up the number of homegrown players at the club. Because he is 17 he will be able to qualify as a full homegrown player as he will have spent 3 years there before he is 21. You have to have a certain number of those in your squad when you register it for the League and Champions league. As i said though that's how it is in FM, i honestly couldn't tell you how accurate that is in the real world but it does fit the question. I don't think its out of the question for Fyvie to go on to be good enough to be a squad player for city. They could probably get him for a couple of Mill which is not much money for them and then they could put him out on loan for a year and half. If it works out great, if not well they will probably be able to recoup about half what they spent so its not exactly high risk or loss.
