  1. It will be interesting to see how he does
  2. I spent a year and half at RAF St Athan which is 5 miles up the road from Barry (Cardiff is a cracking night out btw) and whilst I met some right nuggets there I also met some really nice folk. You get throbbers everywhere you go in my experience.
  3. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha stunnered http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/rangers-legend-gordon-smith-declared-1925160
  4. My arab pal is in floods of tears at this news
  5. Actually providing he was not on a high wage i would take robson, his game has never been about pace and he can pick a pass
  6. I doubt we can pay any higher than that
  7. Given he is contracted to 2016 I would think we would hold out for about 2 mill. A lot of a transfer fee is about what the remainder of the contract is worth. Say Mcginn is on 3k a week tops that would be about 1.1 mill roughly
  8. He's just signed a contract extension
  9. this
  10. Brilliant. I have huge soft spot for Dortmund, started looking out for them when Booth went and it's now at the stage (and has been for a good few years) that if I had a second team it would be them. That said I'm quite surprised at how nervous I am about tomorrow.
  11. Does it though? Dawkins made a very good point about this sort of praise of religion. Everything you have mentioned is purely subjective and not proveable because there is no test case. You can't say religion brings these things because you don't have exactly the same person going through exactly the same experiences at exactly the same time but without religion in their lives. Eg "my faith got me through the pain of losing my wife/becoming paralysed/going bankrupt etc." "How do you know you would not have done better without your faith?" "I just do" I need a little bit more than that I'm afraid
  12. Religion. An out of date method of controlling the masses IMO. Islam is clearly the radge of the lot at the moment, I get quite frustrated when muslims try to convince me its "peaceful" religion. Its clearly fucking not, none of the Arbrahamic religions are to be fair but Islam at the moment is head and shoulders above the rest.
  13. i would offer all 3 a trial and see how they do
  14. Just found out, this is brilliant. Happy Friday folks!
  15. Disagree, Beckham is the epitome of the model pro for me. Sid Lowe wrote a really good article about his time at madrid here http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2013/may/16/david-beckham-real-madrid-retires
  16. Its a total grower manc
  17. we would all be disappointed if you didn't mav
  18. I like flood, he's an old school midfielder in that he can pass, tackle, dribble and shoot. Vigurs is someone we should defo try and sign. I was amazed ICT let him go in the first place
  19. Its the final you would want to go to isn't it. Have no preference on who wins
  20. wigan are down
  21. tlg1903

    Films

Really? But you listen to Coldplay though.......................
  22. Really surprised Ozzy is being let go, think this is a big mistake. Rae i'm guessing its more to do with the fact his legs are gone than actual ability, Milsom i feel sympathy for as the talent is there but he just never stays injury free long enough to get ten games in a row. Very interesting that Magennis is getting a new deal, if he is actually played up front this could be a good thing.
  23. you can't help but be a bit delighted for Zola
  24. sounds like we finally have a manager that wants to win
