He's scored more from the bench than he has done when he's started. His last couple of starts (which were a while ago now!) he has looked lacklustre and uninterested. However, he should start on Wednesday.

League is looking like a shambles, even though we definitely have winable games coming up, god knows if they are actually winable now. I would suggest he's an inconsistent manager, as we've had some unbelievable results this season.

Has Miller played in all those games and only scored 1? Lovell should start the next game, but I'm not sure any of our strikers are setting the heather alight.

It was the point I was making though. Langfield and Aluko were the only ones I'd have dropped from Thursday. Aside from Calderwood's tactical shambles, we don't know whether any tiredness has set in. As for Lovell, he is not the answer. Top 6 a struggle now though.

Totally agree. Langfield has been poor in the last 3 games I'm afraid, and may be short on confidence. More than happy to see Soapy brought in.

Maybury, Walker and Aluko all had great games last night. Maybury we might be able to get on a permanent deal. Walker we might be able to extend his loan into next season. Aluko's probably raised his profile too much and I would be amazed if he were still here beyond the end of the season.
