Ok, can't let his passing go unmentioned. I had the pleasure to know Sandy Jardine the man. In the early 90's I worked with him. We had some decent banter regarding our footballing allegiances. Never a nasty word between us. I am obviously old enough to remember him on the football pitch. Yes, he was Rangers to the core, but he was a decent guy, and a man I feel honoured to have known. Folk forget that Danny McGrain and Sandy Jardine were voted the best defensive pairing in the '74 World Cup A pretty decent addition to God's team in heaven. Sandy Jardine........RIP

In all honesty, can't really argue with Commons & Dick Van Dyke Half the time I could have kept the clean sheets that Forster did Boyd.....yeah no bad, but to pick an example of another contender (non Dons) was it any better than Sutton @ Murderwell. Manc, watched highlights of the Reading v Leicester game on Sky at lunchtime today (no like I've got anything better to do), I know it was only highlights and he was played in mid field, but I have got no clue from what I saw as to how he could have got MOTM.

Would imagine we've seen the last of Hector in an Aberdeen shirt. Getting a game now at Reading and MOTM award in last night's game. Seems to be split opinion on him amongst the Reading support however.
