They are even more fucked with regards to redeveloping their main stand than us as they have a nursery school in the corner between the main and roseburn stands, some other private business in the opposite corner plus a brand new school on the opposite side of the street. All sorts of traffic management and health & safety legistlation kick in when a school is on your front door step.
