  1. Game supposedly on the 30th or 31st August. Too much to ask these games be played on a weekend
  2. Joining the illustrious alumni of red balloons to grace the pittodrie pitch
  3. League cup knock our stage qualifiers so far Celtic Sevco Hearts Dundee United Motherwell Annan Athletic Partick Thistle Ross County Falkirk Arbroath Inverness Caley Thistle Dundee Kilmarnock Livingston Aberdeen Still with a chance Queen of the South Raith Rovers BBC site confirming Dons as group winners when its still possible for Raith to finish top is sloppy reporting
  4. Rules: 1. One name per points tally for the season, first come first served! 2. Only allowed to change prediction until closure of January transfer window as along as it is to an empty tally. 3. Copy and paste the list and enter your prediction 114 100 90 80 79 78 77 76 75 Panda 74 73 72 71 TLG 70 69 Madbadteacher 68 67 66 65 - manc 64 63 DantheDon 62 61 60 - BigAl 59 58 57 56 - Wee Toon Red 55 - Lazy cunt named Slim 54 53 - Tom_Widdows 52 51 50 49 48 47 46 45 44 43 42 41 40 39 38 37 36 35 34 33 32 31 30 29 28 27 26 25 24 23 22 21 20
  5. If you want to live dangerously, take your phone out at a Mark Thomas gig.
  6. Fair enough although you did predict Glass & Brown's dream team would get 71 points last season
  7. Oi Oi. Falkirk might be able to play their under 12s on Saturday https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/62252834
  8. A draw puts Falkirk through as group winners.
  9. Hibs lose on penalties to Morton missing their first 3 in the shootout. Level on points with Falkirk who still have one game to play. A draw with clyde will win their group and hibs will have to hope results go their way to get a best runners up spot
  10. St Mirren knocked out of the league cup with one game left to play St Johnstone seemingly on the brink and Hibs need to make sure they beat Morton tomorrow night
  11. No one mentioned stirling nearly equalising then just before the 2nd goal then? Roos not covering himself in glory that time
  12. IN (cos its just down the road from work) Office North Stand (hopefully in the shade) Flat 0-0 (cos no one seems to score when I show up these days) Dons on penalties

    VAR

Different game I know but the dangers of relying on technology. Least the officials had some common sense in the end and they refused to use it for the second half
  14. Its almost as if he's been involved in the womens game or something....
  15. soo small/ no existinant parliament doing even less than what they already do. Cut all taxes so we all keep our full paypackets as a 'victory for hard working families' many of which will cheer and say Boris is best, then 7 days later wonder why their kids school, gp surgery and local hospital have shut, and the police, fire service and paramedics have gone missing. They might then wander down the job centre only to find thats shut too.
  16. New Zealand Opticians strike again
  17. Woud like to think the civil war of blue fuckwits has finally kicked off but I still doubt anything will change. England's fetish for the class system and deeming someone worthy because they happened to show up at a certain educational establishment will forever be its curse.
  18. Let the optimism and hope commence. Remember to copy and paste the whole thing ya mugs Rules: 1. One name per points tally for the season, first come first served! 2. Nothing questionable about it at all) 2017-18: Tom (73 points) 2018-19: DantheDon (67points) 2019-20: No winner (45 points thanks to Covid)- DantheDon retains title following an independent inquiry 2020-21: No winner (56 points) - Danthe Don continues to let the dust and cobwebs form on the trophy 2021-22: No winner (41 points) - Danthe Don now shitting it as the trophy is missing following a move
  19. Sooooo this man has no medical training and the basis for his opinions seems to be 'I never heard of this/ I didnt know anyone with it when I was a kid.' and/or 'I spoke to a guy who said this' What that says to me is coming from one of the wealthiest families in the world, he was very sheltered from health problems that affected those not so fortunate, and/or his family didnt tell him anything. For a guy who is so anti-vax, he really doesnt sound that healthy. I'd never heard of Motor Neuron disease until I asked my mum what was wrong with the guy in the BT advert. I did however know about MS, two types of cancer, food allergies, cerebal palsy, Atrial Septal Defect (although I didnt know the proper name at the time), brain haemorages, spina bifida, diabetes, asthma, and heart attacks because there were people who lived with and actually died from them in my family and the small village I lived in. This is real 'head in the sand' stuff up there with Trumps suggestion that if they stop testing for Covid then the cases will drop and everything will be fine. I'm under no illusions the pharmacutial industries have way to much power but this sort of shit is dangerous. Really was too much to hope the anti-vax movement had died down.
  20. Think he was more an epsten than a maxwell
  21. Bobby maxwell's baby girl gets a 20 stretch while old mr kelly can see what sort of vibe he gets for the next 30 years.
