  1. I would like him to stay, could become a very good player, good size aswell & a cracking attitude. Even if he was to be a squad player & didnt command a huge wage, the man from Del Monte say yes.
  2. Actually, a pretty good series of results tonight, especially ours. Some result, considering the circumstances, showed real guts tonight & i'm chuffed to bits. Seen Sam's sending off, what a complete joke, just farcical. Real chance to start hopefully climbing the table now. C.o.y.r !
  3. Not sure if getting Hayes back would work, i.m.o McGinn's return has been a damp squib. Regarding Shankland, please god no , i think the loon has probably found his level , unless of course he has improved 100%, looked slow & fat and he snatched at everything. We have to be looking at getting 2 strikers in,in January, to have any hope of finishing top 4. Would be happy to see Lowe remain here & hopefully get Hoban back soon (not holding my breath), must be a fair chance McKenna will be gone in Jan. & i can see Shinnie going down South too, even though his form hasnt been great past few months, stll think we would miss him, we are weak in midfield & rubbish up top, very concerning
  4. Need to try & go with a settled side for a while ,& why not Friday's line up ?
  5. T.C do you think Shinnie would be easily replaced ? actually think it's looking ominous about both signing a deal, must be a reason they are stalling.
  6. Almost farcical conditions last night, could have been a cracker, instead it was ok. Big 3 points though & given the weather ,a decent crowd Thought May was very unlucky to be subbed(probably my m.o.t.m) , dying for him to score when he was through & dinked over their keeper. Thought Lowe handled Boyle really well, Devlin was simply immense & won everything in the air, Lewis so assured as ever, G.M.S did a lot of good running & McGinn was good early doors but faded (seems to have lost his pace). They missed a couple of good chances 2nd half & we still seem to be lacking something, boy are we missing Kenny McLean spraying passes about Still a big 3 pts that lift us over them, onwards & upwards
  7. Weather could make this a bit farcical, whatever team copes with conditions the best , hopefully looking at a crowd of 16/17,000, not too shabby. C.o.y.r !
  8. The disaster song & Simmie song just sound foolish now, probably time to move on, we are better than them.
  9. Just seen the BBC weather forecast for Fri.night, absolutely horrendous, think your original prediction is more likely
  10. Agreed, one as bad as the other. Will hate both till the day i die.
  11. Crowd prediction a bit low there mate i.m.o you can add another 3,000 on to that.
  12. Shinnie 1st half against the hun was not at the races & has generally been poor (by his standards) this season, both played quite well against Accies.
  13. Off the top of my head, Shinnie,McGinn & Wilson, expected more from Wilson that's all, realise the service to him hasn't been great, but no excuse for lack of effort.
  14. I noticed McGinn was mightily pissed off when he was subbed, but never noticed him blanking Docherty Lets be honest, he's been pretty crap since he came back, bar mabye 2 or 3 games
  15. The pitch really was atrocious, you rightly mention the bounce of the ball which was ridiculous, but also the run of the ball was so fast & hard to control, Killie have an obvious advantage playing on it regularly.
  16. Would like to see Scott Wright & Bruce Anderson start on Friday, lets have a right go & play to OUR strengths, hopefully with G.M.S & McGinn back on form. Unfortunately the money Wilson is on means he will probably start, although he has been garbage for 2 out of our last 3 games. Big game next Friday, but win it & we are back in the mix. Hopefully come January, we are in the mix & we can offload/strengthen.
  17. Phew ! They do say it's the sign of a good team, to play badly & win. Up till young Bruce came on, it was eye bleeding stuff. No shape to our play at all, which is not helped by a crappy pitch to be fair, Lewis has to be m.o.t.m even if just for his cracking goal. Bit of a smash & grab , but hey who cares, huge 3 points, bring on the hibees.
  18. Looks a bit soft to me & not going to be suited to game up here, if given time on the ball i'm sure he would be effective, but lets face it he wont get that time.
  19. Wilson was poor last night, did appear a tad disinterested, actually thought May was an improvement.
  20. Pretty shattered at work this morning after that 5 1/2 hr. marathon trip back last night. Really enjoyable night & what a bounce Wasnt a classic performance, but showed a lot of real grit & as i said what a bounce after the header. Got to say, what a fantastic support we had there last night, not as much in numbers, but the actual backing was 1st class. The 11k we had there last night should really get 1st dibs for final, really hope not one of them misses out, ive a feeling it wont be a 50/50 split, can see us getting 18k or so.
  21. Dunblane for us, Bars in the Weeg will be heaving.
  22. Really ? How do you work that out ? the spfl will be even more delighted the hun hordes will increase in numbers.
