  1. Not so sure Gregg Stewart would relish coming back given the fact he was pretty much a bit part player, often out of position, don't get me wrong , i rate him & would like to see it happen. Scott Allen, hasnt really featured at the Girodome , but must have something, where is his preferred position, attacking midfielder ? just off main striker no.10 ?
  2. Sunday Express apparently has us going back in for Gregg Stewart, & i got a text from my loon last night saying we are signing Scott Allen . My loon was being a dirty stopout last night so i will text him soon
  3. Could be b.s, but been told we've been offered Jason Cummings .
  4. Heard about that Whatmough link earlier, would have liked Mulumbu from Killie as a permanant signing, but another loan from timothy G.T.F !!!!!!
  5. Nope, certainly not as a loan from timothy. Is Gauld to Hibs confirmed yet ?
  6. Yep, pretty much spot on R.S, as someone who has been going to the A.G.M's i can only back up some of the stuff you posted re Milne. The fee for Bernard was big & a gamble given his injury record, but at that time, we started paying some ridiculous amounts for very average players. £800,000 for Brian o'Neill anyone ? £400,000 - Nigel fooking Pepper ? The deal Dodds & money for Winters could only be described as bonkers!! Without going into debt & i dont think we would have to particularly, we should be making a a couple of good signings to strengthen , looking quite obvious now G.S & G.M.S are offski aswell . We have made some cracking signings in recent years especially the 2 from Hamilton , but our bad signings have outnumbered the good ones. Did we even scout those duds from the English lower leagues?
  7. Apparently so, imagine what we would get if someone came in for R.F. 25% for him i think
  8. That's us bagged a very tidy £150k after Stockley's move to Preston, do they still need Moult ? All we need now is someone to snap up wee Ryan Fraser
  9. Great ball from Gleeson through to Wilson yesterday for goal, would like to see more from Gleeson. Stevie May again put in a power of work but deary me, his finishing, snatched at one yesterday, which was a really good chance, recently on a couple of occasions he has been through one on one with the keeper & fluffed both. Like others, dying for him to come good re scoring, but ...
  10. It is, but mabye it will increase the need for another striker & speed that up. All our more lightweight players struggled on that surface yesterday, Logan,Anderson & Wright (2 of them injured actually)
  11. All correct r.s, As much as i like Considine he doesn't have the pace for left back, Forrest just glides past him , never happened when he was up against Lowe. To be honest, we probably didn't deserve to win yesterday, but at 2 2 we should have seen the game out, comical defending at 3rd & 4th goals, Ball looked bo hapless at one of them. We almost deserved to get beat for the tactics we were deploying in 2nd half, real losing mentality sitting so deep like that. We need to strengthen in Jan. no doubt, full backs, midfield & striker needed i.m.o! If Devlin/McKenna is our 1st choice c.b pairing, i'm sorry big Andy will have to warm the bench, McGinn isn't doing enough & McLennan hasn't been so effective last 2 games, i wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of Gleeson before making my mind up & what has happened to Scott Wright ? Disillusioned ?
  12. Agreed, Mcginns stupid challenge was a pen. Appears to be a real war of words brewing between D.M & C.L Horrible team hearts as long as i can remember.
  13. Were they fuck rs, there was nothing wrong with our disallowed goal & Naismith should have been red carded all day long. They should probably have had one pen & McKennas was a pen.
  14. McKenna was a rock, in fact the whole defence was really good.
  15. Heard Levein on radio after match saying Hearts should have had 2 penalties, really ? Thought our back 4 were superb today & big Joe made a great save 1st half. Hope Lowe's injury isn't too bad as we could do with him on Wednesday. Big 3 points today, & big Sam just keeps improving, his 1st goal was a really cracking header. Young Dean looked a bit lost when he came on & Gleeson looked much more assured. Naismith really is a little nyaff & how their no.5 stayed on the park is a mystery Always good to beat this horrible club
  16. Big crowd expected tomorrow & hopefully we give them a doing, but more likely an odd goal win, would be a huge 3 points. I see that little scrote Naismith is back for them tomorrow, get a huge buzz watching us stuff a Levein team.
  17. I think you may find that this scenario will happen, with big Andy taking over at lb & Devlin after break, slotting in at ch, Considine has been really effective in his best position but unforunately doesn't have the pace now for a full back.
  18. Heard a couple of weeks ago, re G.M.S - huns, would hate to see ay of them ,never mind both, playing for them.
  19. Both Ferguson & Shinnie look like they need a rest i.m.o, My m.o.t.m would be one of our front 2.
  20. Not long back, what a horrendous drive home, terrible conditions all day basically. Wasnt great 1st half but played better after break & deserved the win. Thought our front two of May & cosgrove were very good today & put in some shift also thought Shinnie was very poor. Good dons following considering ...
  21. Good start with Shinnie's goal & then decided to play silly beggars up till half time. 2nd half was as good as anything we have produced this season, what a difference young Connor made with his direct running & him & Logan did well down that side. Really could & should have been 5 or 6 2, missing some glorious chances. Special word for Scott Mckenna who never gave the big Livvy striker a sniff (most defences have struggled against him this season ), what a power of work Stevie May put in. What a bounce when the overhead kick went in, he doesn't do tap ins does he ? Needed that 3 points
  22. Think the lad Kerr at Dundee is a good player, would be happy with him, attacking midfielder & striker.
  23. :laughing:Like this. No excuse for no decent turn out tomorrow. Could be a tight affair, St.j always seem to do quite well up here, but can see us edging it by the odd goal. Hope we can see more of McLennan tomorrow, deserves the chance.
  24. More good news, always good to have good young players coming through as long as he gets a fair crack of the whip, be surprised if Scott Wright hangs around much longer. Need to get Dean Campbell & Frank Ross back involved again. Bringing some cracking players through the system, but they have to get a decent chance.
