Be fair and honest. I’m not defending trump. But trade deals were made. Relationships with certain countries developed. Trump demanded other countries step up, in actions and funds, a that has happened. Meeting with both Russia and Ukraine. US stock market is booming. much like the media here, may of you seem to ignore half the truth. Again, not defending trump and some of the things he’s doing, but progress was made. The threat of tariffs had an effect, got results for trump and the US, hence the threat was dropped. I know people hate trump and see negatives, but good things are happening too. For the US at least which obviousky doesn’t please everyone. ive openly stated problems with trump, I’m not one sided.

I don’t think we need two dominant central defenders. Add a mcleish/yogi type alongside knoester and that may be good balance. Different era and game, but miller complimented mcleish and all that. I think it’s just as important to have a dominant defensive midfielder to take some of the pressure off the central defenders. didnt realize Morrison was injured, anyone know the extent? With Milne suspended, polvara potentially away, dorrington gone, and tobers injured, youre probably looking at sivert or devlin filling to the middle of the back 4.

My only gripe today is why we saw Jensen and not lobban. if we can add a solid holding/center mid before the window closes, replace Armstrong with him, I’m ok with that 11 until summer. Shinnie was very good today but he’s not a holding mid. We need that anchor protecting the back 4, alongside shinnie and Cameron. Clear emphasis on wide play today, obviously left side better than right. Another week of developing that and killie gives us another great opportunity to improve and 3 points.

Revealing my man crush but big part of topi’s play today is frame. When you have an attacking left back he gives topi space to cut inside by pulling defenders wide. Left side has been a superb today.

MOTM to frame or topi id say. frame blows gyamfi away with that performance. Not seen a lot from him defensively but shows attacking intent we don’t see last time. Good prospect.

Jensen and milanovic are just not attack minded. We have better players but with losing karlsson we do need another winger.

Ha, not what I want, but listening to lutz and the time it has been since we punted jimmy, I just wonder if we wait until summer until a better candidate is available. That manager may not be available or interested at present. Summer is a bigger look, just like how I don’t mind we’re not signing many at present.

As has been said, we don’t have bad players, just a real squad imbalance. Frustrating as fuck that Milne is dominating in the air. morrison has been reported good in the air, wouldn’t mind seeing him in and Milne taking shinnie’s spot in midfield. But ideally we sign a Rama in midfield who wins headers. Hate to say but, a gogic type.

Beating a dead horse, but we’re seeing width we haven’t see all season, and down the left where karlsson has been removed. Not getting carried away, it’s livi too, but topi and frame are a really good combo, frame wide and topi cutting in, we’ve seen them interchanging too. totally capable of seeing the same from the right and bilalovic and devlin/lobban. It just needed to be emphasized, coached, and practiced. But it’s clear it has been a point addressed. all of the above brings the best out of nisbet, suits his game, and that shape and play allows a 10 to thrive too. plenty to think about!

Stating the obvious but look at the difference when you have attacking width. bilalovic has to be reminded to stay wide. If we stretch the field you’ll get the same from belalovic and devlin as we saw in the left, plus you’ll see a lot more for Cameron with the space created by width.

Left side has been excellent first half, 3-2 nisbet. Good play from topi and frame. i think leading at half is fair from this performance. win 6-4?
