You may be right he’s not good enough, I’ve never seen him play, but I dont agree on your ‘doing the yards’ comment. It depends on the type of midfielder you want and what he is. If you want him to be the Rama replacement then it sounds like he’s being set up for failure. Both Ryan jack and Jim Bett were decent midfielders, different, but neither known for doing the yards IMHO. Connor Barron too, and I apologize for the clear Huns relationship, but all were tidy players. weve failed miserably at recruitment that I def think it’s worth taking a look since he’s ours, before we spunk more money.
