McGinn and Jack are still unknown but there appears to be a few making moves now which is not something we've seen for a while.  Personally, i'd like to see us get another left back now that Shinnie appears to be played in mid pretty much all the time.  Consi and O'Connor to be choice pairing with a new CB coming in to provide cover.  I'd say then we need another winger (should McGinn leave) and another CM if Jack leaves.  There is also the striker problem in which we are still reliant on Rooney, even if he is misfiring or short of form, he's still our leading scorer by some distance.

Think there's a player in O'Connor but not convinced that is as centre-half.  Cover for right-back/holding midfield.  A solid right sided centre-half needed.  A wee bit surprised that we are looking at trialists when management team would surely have identified a list of potential targets knowing Taylor was off?

 

Can't say overly convinced by Meekings - but falls into our price range and surely would be interested.

Also, according to Tyrone STV, DM has confirmed that we wont be offering Susac a deal.

Fairly certain he's predominantly left footed, which would mean O'Connor would be our only right footed CB, and it's no secret McInnes likes balance. Although he has reasonable pedigree and I do remember him, wasn't a bad defender at all.

The alleged announcement was only posted less than an hour ago, regarding the defender, yes I see McInnes said we need to add another player at the back so you would have to imagine any signing in time for tomorrow, will be just that, a defender.

 

I still wouldn't be surprised if he's happy to get through the 2 legs vs Siroki with O'Connor & Reynolds at the back then see what's available afterwards.

Moult has said he does not want to sign on longer at Murderwell, the bid from Aberdeen has tempted him so lets hope
