Not sure he can pile in and capture the leader of another country without Congress approval, however that doesn’t usually stop the mad cunt.

That's the wrong way round. The real money behind Trump knows that without access to fossil fuels (of the right type) then the US is fucked (as is every other country as we'll see). That they can also offer the deportations as a sop to their base. At least they're giving up the pretence of it being about drugs.
