CRAIG Brown today revealed he will be looking for experienced men for the SPL battle in the January transfer window.

Aberdeen FC, who were today set to host St Mirren, are languishing rock bottom of the SPL table.

Aberdeen FC manager Brown aims to strengthen his side in a bid to resurrect their season.

The boss has had English Premier League reserve games scouted in a bid to find potential loan deals.

Brown said: “He said: “We have enquired about players in the Premier League and have had many reserve teams, such as Manchester United, watched.

“Our chief scout Craig Robertson has been watching reserve games in England for months.”
