Was it not Glass that swapped Anderson for a jet? It was McInnes who gave him virtually zero minutes as a young lad breaking through.

He lacks pace, meaning he has a lower ceiling than Sokler, but he's a great finisher. I think he'll do well at Killie.

Had it in my head it was McInnes but you are correct it Glass that was in charge when we waived the development fee to help the Jet transfer.

Hibs selling Euan Henderson to Beerschot in Belgium.

Seems to be a never ending line of Henderson footballers or am I imaging that 🤔

For me, the worst was Dodds PLUS cash for Winters. I would've loved to see both line up for us, but Winters never lived up to his early Arabs promise. Scored a lot from the spot, but incredibly lazy in open-play

Hibs confirm Hoilett has signed with them on a 1 year deal. Probably all he has left to give, TBH

Allegedly on the brink of signing Scotland U21 international, Kieron Bowie, on a four year contract from Fulham

Also signed Nicky Cadden from Barnsley on a three year deal.

Passed me by that Stefan Gartenmann has signed for Ferencvaros. Bit of a surprise that considering they're the Hungarian champions - you'd think they'd be after a better level of player than Gartenmann.

That said, they're out of the Champions League (knocked out by Midtjylland, who Gartenmann was still signed with at the time, though didn't play either leg). Gartenmann has been an unused sub in both games since he signed.

Good luck to him, but I wasn't keen on us signing him permanently so I see it as no loss. He's landed on his feet though - Budapest a cracking city and Ferencvaros' stadium is the type of ground you'd love to be replicated at Aberdeen beach.

I always thought Brondby's stadium was the perfect one to copy. A squareish almost-all-seater stadium, but an area behind both goals for traditional terracing

Niall McGinn back in Scotland, signing for Greenock Morton.

Quality. Good to see him still playing. I expect at 60, he'll still be able to send a hearts fullback to another galaxy with a simple drop of the shoulder.
