Currently living in Toronto, I was an original DonsTalker from the Stand Free days.

 

My first trip to Pittodrie was January 2/03 1-1 Draw with the Tims.

 

I still play this crazy game and now coach my 8 year old daughter's team.

 

I hope to be returning "home" in the near future.

600 odd points for first dibs outwith supporters clubs.  I'm based in Edinburgh these days and work in East Kilbride so gave up my season ticket presuming it would be easier going to the HIbs/Hearts games.  Don't think I've managed one Tynecastle ticket since I moved.

Would also say that it is more civil on here even when differences of opinion arise - a mad was never close to the hat in terms of zoomers, but have felt more likely to post on here without getting into  a never ending slanging match about absolute nonsense 

also good to see a fair few familiar regular posters move over and combined with decent contributions from the existing community, found this to be a far more enjoyable experience than the latter day stand free forum

Great to see a good number of folk sticking around and 2stars has pretty much nailed what we Admins hope to see. Definitely the atmosphere we try to advocate for but obviously requires everyone else to buy into it. A good mix of opinions 👍
