swaddon Posted Sunday at 09:23 Report Posted Sunday at 09:23 Dismal December continues for the Dons as they head down to the capital to face Hibernian at Easter Road this Tuesday, kicking off at 1945 hours. Hibs are three points ahead of us and a 6-0 away win will be enough for us to leapfrog them into fifth. However, I can see us giving away soft goals, not getting anywhere near their box and getting pumped 0-3. Quote

We will just shit the bed when we do, and then say it will all be fine as Lutz will sort it out in the January window. Thank fuck I rarely do away games. Â Quote

GASC1980 Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Patience with Jimmy is wearing thin. Our striker or strikers have next to no chance of scoring at Hibs as we simply don't carve out any chances for them. We give them zero service. Quote
Ajja Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago Continuing to cling onto the hope that away from home we get a bit more room in behind and Hibs are knackered after Derby game. Also, my last 3 games Ive been at were Hearts, Livi and Dundee all of which we won and I’m going tomorrow. Where are those straws. 1 Quote
Panda Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago Hibs are down to the bare bones due to injuries and players away at AFCON, so they can't make many changes from Saturday, and if they do it'll weaken them. We at least have more options. Lobban and Jensen/Gyamfi likely start to give us some fresh legs at wing back. Lazetic probably begins ahead of Nisbet. One of Bilalovic or Kjartansson maybe get a start? Tactically they tore us apart at Pittodrie so I hope we don't make the same mistakes again.  Quote

It's like Groundhog day watching us. That aside, I still think Hibs are more than beatable and are as Jekyll and Hyde as us.  Quote
Jute Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago Thought Hibs looked pretty shakey at the back on Saturday and they will give up chances. Trick will be getting our strikers to take them. Would be tempted to go to back 4 to try and rest Devlin and also maybe allow us to get another striker on the field. If we are sticking with one striker I would stick with Nisbet as don’t think the constant chopping and changing of starting striker is helping either find any form.  In Flat then 60 second walk to ground. Away end 60 second walk back to flat 2-2 Nisbet and Aouchiche   Quote
RicoS321 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Think we'll stick with the back three, at least until the windae opens. Probably a good idea away to a team that also plays a three. Kjartansson and Aouchiche for me, with Gyamfi and Lobban wide, Keskinen, Nisbet and Bilalovic the front three. 2-7. McGrath with two goals to put them 2-0 up at half time. Boyle with a second booking for diving, and us to get seven quick goals in the last ten minutes. 1 Quote
