  1. Would you be so enthusiastic if ex-St Johnstone striker Graeme Jones was in the frame? He was Belgium assistant coach when they finished 3rd at the 2018 World Cup. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graeme_Jones
  2. If it’s Glass it’s a big gamble that will destroy Cormack’s credibility if he fails, especially after the Hernandez debacle.
  3. Is Malky Mackay still too toxic?
  4. What was the point in bringing Ethan Ross back from loan if we're not going to trust him in games like this to get a decent run out and hopefully get a goal or an assist? McGeouch isn't going to play a defence-splitting through ball FFS.
  5. "We brought him back and sat down and said we were keen to get him playing first team football and come back to us next season. "So every time he scores, it's not frustrating. It's a pleasure that the boy's doing well. "I know it's a good story for people to throw at me, but we feel for his development, the best thing for him is to go through that loan process to try and get to the endgame.“ Is he aware that Anderson is out of contract at the end of the season?
  6. And an assist
  7. Yes we need to give our manager of 7 years time to integrate players who will be here for little more than 3 months.
  8. BBC gave him Man of the Match too
  9. Strachan or McLeish would be “high profile” I suppose. Not keen on either obviously. Malky Mackay another (terrible) option. Struggling to think of anyone I’d be happy with who is available and I’ve heard of them.
  10. Not sure how I feel about Hendry being given the no. 9 shirt.
  11. A failure of a loan spell at Ayr is not necessarily a barometer of a player’s ability.
  12. I'm sure the Livingston manager knows some people who can clear some lines of snow quickly.
  13. Is that Aquaman at left back for Livingston?
  14. Considering we’ve been whoring Cosgrove around for the best part of a year, you’d think we would have a regularly updated shortlist of replacements for him, especially in the event that someone comes in for him in the last few days of the transfer window, I.e. lessons learned from the McKenna saga. Scrambling about getting a St Johnstone fringe player in on loan is not very encouraging. Open to the idea of Hornby but a giant long-haired galoot up front for Aberdeen is going to be an easy target for referees. I’d rather put McGinn up front than most of the other names linked.
  15. - Hibs have been linked with showing an interest in the Daily Record
  16. Ross Stewart coming in on loan for 6 months. At least he will in a year from now as he’s about to sign for Sunderland.
  17. Papers today are saying we scared off Sheffield Wednesday with our quote for Cosgrove. Only has 18 months left on his contract so the window for getting a big transfer fee for him is narrowing.
  18. Need to get Ojo off before he has a brainfart and picks up a 2nd booking. And because he's pish of course.
  19. Will we need to incorporate the perimeter road for the Bouley Bashers as well? If Cowdenbeath can do it...
  20. Doesn't really make it fair for us that Hibs get to play their youth team tonight.
  21. It's the sort of thing Cormack should be interested in if he wants to Americanize the matchday experience and have fans milling about the stadium for hours before a match.
  22. Just finished S2 of The Mandalorian, fantastic TV if you have any kind of passing interest in Star Wars, shits all over all of the recent movies.
  23. I don’t think we need to be relying on the scouting team that green lit the signing of Jake Mulraney from Hearts for help
  24. Campbell looks a fantastic player, better than Turnbull in any games I have watched, which admittedly isn’t that many. Never seen anything in Stewart to get me excited though, “tidy” is about as generous I could stretch to.
  25. Main is the sort of player that can just position himself on the penalty spot every time we attack and he’ll get 10-15 goals a season but will offer little else. No need to read the game, law of averages says that if he stands in the same dangerous position the ball will fall to him often enough.
