  1. Came round on our train on the Sunday and told anyone with beer they had to finish by 9 or Transport polis would be waiting at next Station. Quite aggressive about it as well. Think it is going to be down to which train crew you have on.
  2. Despite only last week saying he could not call up Wallace as he was third division player the knob jockey Levien calls up Ian Black despite him playing in the said third division. How this incompitent clown is still in the job is beyond me.
  3. Pretty much sums up my feelings. Board have given Brown tools to make us more attack minded but he still put the team out not to lose rather than look to win.
  4. Cracking signing for St Johnstone. Would not have minded him at Dons.
  5. No fancy meeting for a beer?
  6. You sure. We got under part of the shed the last time as well. Mind you that was over 10 years ago and ground set up could well have changed.
  7. Full Draw •ST. MIRREN v AYR UNITED •QUEEN'S PARK v DUNDEE •LIVINGSTON v DUMBARTON •ARBROATH v INVERNESS CAL. TH. •ROSS COUNTY v RAITH ROVERS •MORTON v ABERDEEN •KILMARNOCK v STENHOUSEMUIR •QUEEN OF THE SOUTH v HIBERNIAN •DUNFERMLINE ATHLETIC v MONTROSE •RANGERS v FALKIRK •HAMILTON ACADEMICAL v PARTICK THISTLE Remember our tie will be week before others due to friendly in Stavanger.
  8. Not sure I did read something about them stopping selling beer at half 8 and giving you half a hour to drink up so maybe they will make an announcement. Bit that I think will be interesting is not carrying folk if they think they are drunk. Who will be making that decision and what will their criteria be for deciding who is to drunk to travel who is fine.
  9. Remember no longer allowed to drink on trains after 9pm or allowed to be drunk. In/Oot: In Prematcher: Archies Match: Season ticket for the frist time in over 10 years but will still end up standing in Section Y Postmatcher: BBQ then oot in toon Prediction: Deep regret at getting a season ticket come full time.
  10. Sadly its in the rules that any team with more than 3 players on international duty can postpone their game.

    Team GB

Pannelists on BBC saying that Team GB should be a permanent fixture.
  12. Decent social club at Newtongrange. Modern ground and one of better junior ones with good sized covered terrace down one side. 29 bus drops you right outside.
  13. No way they are signing these players to fight their way through the divisions. They clearly expect to back in top flight or SPL 2 by next year at the latest.
  14. Watching delayed transmission of Seattle v LA from last night. Crowd of 60,000 for an MLS game.
  15. Re Brown not bottling the big occasions is everyone forgetting the first goal in the semi against Hibs.
  16. Oh well Potter will be gone by November so next manager will have the pleasure of ending Miller's international career.
  17. Squad announced for Australia game. Scotland squad: Charlie Adam (Liverpool) Barry Bannan (Aston Villa) Phil Bardsley (Sunderland) Christophe Berra (Wolverhampton Wanderers) Gary Caldwell (Wigan Athletic) Don Cowie (Cardiff City) Graham Dorrans (West Bromwich Albion) James Forrest (Celtic) Daniel Fox (Southampton) Matt Gilks (Blackpool) Grant Hanley (Blackburn Rovers) Alan Hutton (Aston Villa) Jamie Mackie (Queens Park Rangers) Shaun Maloney (Wigan Athletic) David Marshall (Cardiff City) Russell Martin (Norwich City) Allan McGregor (Besiktas) James Morrison (West Bromwich Albion) Charlie Mulgrew (Celtic) Steven Naismith (Everton) Matt Phillips (Blackpool) Jordan Rhodes (Huddersfield Town) Robert Snodgrass (Norwich City) Andy Webster (Heart of Midlothian) Despite Levien again claiming recently he has no problem with Ross McCormack he is again omitted from the squad and if we do not have a better option at left back than Danny Fox then we really are totally fucked. That said will be attending this as its 5 minutes from the flat and festival drinking times and Scotland game should be an interesting experiment.
  18. Results today Fort William 1-3 Preston Ath Keith 0-1 St Cuthberts Wanderes Bit surprised at Keith losing to St Cuthberts as South league is pretty weak league. Saw Keith last week and they looked decent side and would have thought they would have stuck away St Cuthberts without much problem.
  19. England...I mean team GB knocked out on penalties.
  20. Brown is not even a David Preece or Ryan Esson. Neither he or Langfield are good enough to be Number 1. We desperately need to get one of them moved on and another keeper brought in.
  21. United seem to be able to in to Eastern Europe and pick up decent keepers easily enough so cannot see why we cannot.
  22. Brown is not any good either. Few of the fans been fooled by the badge kissing and throwing gloves in the crowd antics. We should have replaced both keepers over the summer.
  23. Not in the game I watched.
  24. Dundee sign Mark Stewart from Bradford. Looked decent at Falkirk.
