Its a farce they are still allowed to trade. If the SFA were the fair and impartial organisation they are supposed to be this mob we be getting booted out of football once and for all.
Agree with going back to 4-4-2 but not with playing Zola. Guy is simply not good enough. McGinn and Rooney played well against Killie when they played as a front 2 so would like to see that given a go. McGinn is wasted playing out wide.
Well that was shite. Very poor from Dons tonight with only Lagfield Reynolds and Rooney getting pass marks. Way to many others way off form to single out anyone out. Very disappointed that there was no reaction to Sundays defeat.
Way to slow getting the ball forward on Sunday. Do not think we can afford to play Flood Jack and Robson in midfield at the same time. Flood and jack especially slow the play down whenever they are on the ball and Flood rarely passes the ball forward. Not a criticism of any of the players as their work rates cannot be faulted but with them there we lose forward momentum in midfield more often than not. Would much rather see Low being paired with one of them in the middle as he has drive and pace to go at opposition.
Other thing that stood out was for the first time this season we did not look as fit as the opposition maybe a long season starting to take its toll. Might be an idea to change things around on Friday.
The playing wages of £7.8M do not include wages for Daley, Law, Bell, Clark and any one else that they signed in September so got to assume that the wages figure has gone up since.
Thought we won with out having to get out of second gear last night. Two cracking goals for McGinn and hopefully this will set him up nicely for getting a few more on Sunday. Hibs are woeful and cannot see them winning another game this season and would think they maybe favourites to go down as their players looked like they have chucked it already.
Done
I know San Francisco Giants do dynamic pricing on their tickets and it seems to work as their games always sell out. Think it something that may work here.
Al if its still there would recommend heading to the Robin Hood pub across the road from the station. Bitterballen (deep fried stovies) and ham omelettes from there were life savers when a few of us were in Arnhem for Dons preseason a few years back.
They only managed 3,000 to the league cup semi and that was 3pm on a Saturday so would be surprised if they manage to sell more than that for 12:45pm on Sunday for a game that's live on tv.
Very enjoyable game despite some poor refereeing. Do not think either of the first two penalties awarded were the correct decisions. Has kept the title race in Spain very interesting with 1 point covering 3 teams with 9 games left.
