  1. I would hope we will continue with the back 4 that started against Partick as thought it looked solid. Would give Storey a run alongside Rooney on this one as players going back to their old clubs usually score... well they seem to against us. Oot Taking and collecting daughter from dance class Edinburgh City v Cowdenbeath Flat 2-0 Dons Storey and Rooney
  2. Well that was shite. Fucking freezing as well. Well beaten by worst England team I can recall and that's was even with us playing better than we did in last 3 games. New manager required and a complete rebuild of squad.
  3. Never been as under whelmed about an away game. Expect to get beat and not really to bothered about it. Hardly anyone left from old crowd who used to meet on trips going so not even got the diversion of a few beers with mates this time. Just have to make do with throwing empty beer bottles at Manc's office.
  4. So just like the Brexit vote it looks like the politics of hate and fear are winning.
  5. Charlie Mulgrew called up.
  6. Will just come round and drink outside your office then.
  7. O'Connor has not looked good when he has played in midfield but excellent in central defence. Thought he and Considine looked very good together on Friday and should continue as our central pairing even when the Taylor comes back. Cannot believe there are still Dons fans who think Taylor is anything other than an accident waiting to happen.
  8. That's the team I would go with as well.
  9. Pre seats United was always great day out especially on the terrace along the side of the pitch. Inverness was good if messy day out until they stopped you drinking on the train before 10am and after 9pm. Used to leave Edinburgh at half 8 in the morning and get back at nearly midnight completely hammered. Not the same now. These days Tynecastle is probably the best away day. Great atmosphere in the ground and plenty of decent boozers around the ground.
  10. Looks like most clubs have received allocations that were less than they asked for. I know of one club who requested 160 odd and got 100. Club I run got a decent number but still less than we had asked for. Going to try to make up the difference through season ticket holders and those who have enough loyalty points ordering tickets separately. Should mean that we about get there.
  11. Take Friday off Manc. Will be down for half 10.
  12. Right pain that this game has been shifted as would have been there if it was on the Saturday but getting away from work early on a Friday is usually impossible. Would hope manager will go with a much more attacking line up than last week. Not sure manager will however. Oot Work Home watching on tv Sleep 2-1 Dons Stockley and Considine.
  13. In no particular order the top 3 would be Eric Black Hans Gilhaus Eion Jess
  14. Pink strip was confirmed on SSN the other day.

Might have considered heading down to see Saints if I had not already seen them play in Oakland a couple of years ago. Drew Brees is one of my favourite non 9ers players. Planning to head over to the US next year so doubt will have the spare funds to attend a London game as well.
  16. Squad announced for this one. Cunt Brown is back in and still no call up for Shinnie despite him and Wallace being the only fit Scottish left backs in the world. Goalkeepers Craig Gordon (Celtic) Jack Hamilton (Heart of Midlothian) David Marshall (Hull City) Defenders Christophe Berra (Ipswich Town) Gordon Greer (Blackburn Rovers) Grant Hanley (Newcastle United) Stephen Kingsley (Swansea City) Russell Martin (Norwich City) Callum Paterson (Hearts) Lee Wallace (Rangers) Midfielders Ikechi Anya (Derby County) Barry Bannan (Sheffield Wednesday) Scott Brown (Celtic) Oliver Burke (Red Bull Leipzig) Darren Fletcher (West Bromwich Albion) James Forrest (Celtic) James McArthur (Crystal Palace) John McGinn (Hibernian) James Morrison (West Bromwich Albion) Matt Ritchie (Newcastle United) Robert Snodgrass (Hull City) Forwards Steven Fletcher (Sheffield Wednesday) Leigh Griffiths (Celtic) Chris Martin (Derby County) Steven Naismith (Norwich City) Have a ticket for Wembley but Broon thing is pushing me towards not attending.
  17. Edinburgh City beat Forfar 1-0 in replay and now play East Fife in the next round. First victory of the season for City.

New Orleans @ Miami confirmed as one of the London fixtures next season. Rest of games being announced around Thanks Giving.
  19. Wrong team selection at the start cost us today. Burns and McLean were both a complete waste of a jersey. Joe Lewis and some poor finishing from Celtic were the only reason we were still in the game. Unlucky at the end when we caused them problems when we pressed them and actually had a striker on the field. Why did we not start the game the way we finished it. Shinnie should have gone over when he was pulled back in the box but then again cunt McLean would probably have booked him for diving.
  20. Last one I got was August
  21. Fucking hell thats a lot of games when folk have Christmas to pay for that month as well.
  22. Not looking forward to this one at all especially after the last game at Parkhead. As somebody said earlier I would take a draw just now if offered. In Stupidly early train up then breakfast and a beer in Archies Y Train straight down the road after the game. 0-2 Just cannot see us taking anything from the game.
  23. 3rd round draw made today. Elgin City v Hawick Royal Albert Airdrieonians v Livingston Buckie Thistle or Gretna 2008 v Dunfermline Stirling Albion v Wick Academy St Mirren v Spartans Stranraer v East Kilbride Cumbernauld Colts or Forres Mechanics v Stenhousemuir East Fife v Edinburgh City or Forfar Albion Rovers v Queen of the South Clyde v Arbroath Banks O’ Dee or Formartine United v Annan or East Stirling Beith Juniors v Morton Brechin City v Ayr United Bonnyrigg Rose v Dumbarton Peterhead v Alloa Athletic Queen’s Park v Montrose As we will be playing on the Sunday that weekend I might head along to Bonnyrigg v Dumbarton game.
  24. Not keen on making changes to a winning team but can see why folk are saying they would like to see players rested. Should have far to much for Hamilton who have looked pretty poor so far. Oot - To much on at work just now so no chance of getting away Work Home hopefully listening to the radio Home 2-0 Rooney and Considine.
  25. This.
