  1. Surprised this isn't on hear already. Thoroughly deserving of his nomination. http://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/sport/football/the-dons/mcinnes-shortlisted-for-pfa-scotland-manager-of-the-year-award-1.870322 I could see Neilson getting it to be honest, it would be an absolute farce if Delia got it.
  2. Very much so, quite clearly just an ordinary football fan like ourselves, just a love for the wrong team Wish him all the best.
  3. I see the club have announced a new deal with a Livingstone based group. I really hope they up their game because it is a truly awful platform at the moment. I signed up to it again, just because I enjoy the lengthy interviews you get but wouldn't say it's value for money at all. http://www.afc.co.uk/news/6041.php#.VUE5vLpN3zI
  4. It is true, football and probably sport in general is something that the "green message" is yet to get through. I thoroughly applaud him for his 1 new kit every two seasons, despite the fact that it will probably cost the club money in the short term. Interesting read and very refreshing!
  5. A few days late, but not had a chance to look at these yet. Happy days, some good performances there though it looked like we were very lucky not be further behind.
  6. Can't say I've seen anything saying that they don't meet requirements. The Dell had 16K back in the day did it not? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32468550
  7. Would be a fantastic achievement for them and further proof that things are going in the right direction
  8. Then the clubs should take responsibility for his failure. It's a complete embarrassment that the league doesn't have a sponsor and I am tended to agree with Jute. I can smell a rat in this, there is something bigger at play.
  9. I see the SFA have made under 16 tickets £5 for the final. Excellent t move by them (for a change), hopefully there will be a decent turnout for it.
  10. Do they not (like Brentford) want to sack their manager at the end of the season?
  11. Found the exact same!
  12. Haha brilliant. That result appears it would typify how we've been this season (generally speaking). A lot more resilient. Previously teams would not have come back from a goal behind to ICT. Fantastic by the team, dare to dream
  13. Yaaassss excellent! How'd we play?
  14. Inverness CT: Esson, Raven, Warren, Meekings, Shinnie, Ross, Tansey, Christie, Williams, Ofere, Watkins. Subs: Vincent, Doran, Devine, Tremarco, Polworth, Kink, Mackay. Aberdeen: Brown, Logan, Taylor, Reynolds, Considine, McGinn, Flood, Jack, Hayes, McLean, Rooney. Subs: Langfield, Smith, Pawlett, Goodwillie, Low, Shankland, Daniels.
  15. I guess the argument for creating jobs is something I mentioned earlier. There is very little other industry out there currently. That's not to say that there wouldn't be with the right investment, tourism especially. Even if a small portion of that was spent on tourism, you could still have a small scale naval base there without the need for pointless submarines. That way the "naval economy" is still kept in tact. Either way, the product doesn't justify the spending in my eyes. English folk down here keep harping about an increased threat from Russia. Well, I'm quite certain if Russia did want to attack, we'd be fucked anyway. A few nukes arent going to stop them.
  16. When you think our last decent striker was Stavrum, Rooney is barely ever offside. Something that will always stick out for me as a memory of Stavrum. Rooney is fully deserving of the award, but it won't be going his way will it
  17. From his pre match conference yesterday, sounds like we've got a fully fit squad bar the banned Robson. Very good news. He also mentioned Russell wouldn't be travelling, can see him being saved for the home games.
  18. Amazing what you find out on a forum, it is an fascinating subject and blows your mind thinking about it. I'm assuming you have to get the exposure absolutely spot on to be able to photograph deep space well? I've been to a couple of the events down here in London at the Hub in Regents Park. Surprising how much you can see with a few telescopes. I think they're called the Baker Street Irregulars. Interesting bunch.
  19. Very good, didn't see you making much of an effort
  20. Nowhere as yet, but I know there were a few noises about it being hard given his family are down south. I can't see him leaving next season though as every interview I listen to, he seems like he's enjoying it.
  21. Well, they lost the appeal and Robson is out for 2 games. Shame considering he'd arguably played some of his best games of the season of late.
  22. Just listened to Logans ICT preview on RedTV, what a character! Said everyone should note that he's a right back so he should win that and there should be an award for the celebration Would be very sad to see him go, if that is the case.
  23. 25 year anniversary of the Hubble telescope, more pics on the economist website: http://www.economist.com/gallery/2015-04-22/hubbles-25-years-stellar-vision?fsrc=scn/tw/te/bl/ed/hubblegallery
  24. I'm going to go for post cup blues for caley! Out Flight to Amsterdam Amsterdam Amsterdam 2-0 Dons, McGinn and Rooney Did I mention I was going to Amsterdam?
