  1. Some performance last night. Unselfish with McLeans goal ( I thought that was the right decision as he was better placed and clearer sight to goal). Slated him plenty, but I'm hoping that he uses this as a springboard. Or maybe hes just better suited to a European game? We still need another striker, but I was very pleased with his performance.
  2. Bit of context for today's result We've also just equaled their heaviest ever European defeat, which was 3-0 (obviously) against Partizan Belgrade in '99!
  3. He's even pointing at where you need to go, lol
  4. After a shaky start, we grew into the game. what a performance and it looks like we do have a keeper! COYR! Last one is just for ED
  5. 3-0, McLean, what a goal. Well set up by Goodwillie too. Could have gone for it himself but McLean was the better option. FUCKING BRILLIANT :ultras:
  6. Should be 2-2, it isn't, so happy fucking days (so far). Pee Paw should have made it 2-0, decent header even if it was offside. P.S Their keeper looks shit, we really should be testing him more. P.P.S. I think Ward will come good. He's getting every cross that has been played into the box (please continue).
  7. Depends how you view it, but yes, five at the back. I reckon DM is going to try and get the most out of Goodwillie, seemed to praise him very highly after Raith.
  8. Quinn and goodwillie in for Rooney and McLean. Peepaw in for flood.
  9. Former Aberdeen defender Kevin McNaughton is poised to join Blackpool after the 32-year-old, who has been released by Cardiff City, impressed on trial. (Blackpool Gazette)
  10. Agreed, but pee paw has been shite for a year and he'd be the one i'd swap him for.
  11. So how do we think we'll line up? Think i'd go for this: Ward Logan - Taylor - Considine - Shinnie Jack - Flood Hayes - McLean - McGinn Rooney Only question mark i'd have is over Flood.

  13. Club has announced that they have sold more than 10,000 season tickets for the upcoming season. Not bad at all, though i'd hope that figure would rise before the season starts proper considering the improvement on the pitch. When did we hit the 10K mark last season? http://aberdeen.stv.tv/articles/1324684-aberdeen-fc-have-sold-more-than-10000-season-tickets-for-2015-16-campaign/
  14. Just a heads up, well according to twitter sources, all dons fans are being checked and details taken if you're wearing colours! No colours, no interference from the local police Travel advice from the club: http://www.afc.co.uk/news/6450#.VaaCnflVhBc ED
  15. I hope you're right BigAl, i'm very concerned by this tie! I just wish I could have made it along, the stadium looks ace: They're going to be building a new one shortly which is a big shame. Out Viewing a flat Watching on Premier Sports Bed 2-1 them, Jack
  16. He would add something we don't have, as jute says, would be disappointed if we didn't go for him.
  17. I think this is the kind of move he needs. A competitive league and hopefully a lot of starts. Hopefully he'll come back ready to compete for first team places, because I was far from convinced by him last season. Definitely need another striker though, one with pace.
  18. Even more ridiculous decision to replace him with Ranieri. As nice as a guy as he appears to be, I have never been convinced by him. Can't see him lasting long.
  19. Glad to hear we scored some goals!
  20. Didn't Robson do that a couple of times last season as well? Personally I think its because his legs are gone which means his timing is that little bit out. Glad I missed the game now, but sounds like we need a massively improved performance to get any sort of result against the Croats. Were there many shkendija fans there? Looked like they were put in the south??? I thought we used to put smaller teams in the mainer in Europe?
  21. Fucksake, that's a bit of shite news! We really need to get some proper training facilities, way more than we need a new stadium. Its a shame they haven't managed to work their relationship out, but surely when its been so close to delivery, they would have established the usage requirements as part of the brief early on
  22. Any team news yet?
  23. Just noticed they had the game live tonight, very good news, hopefully the live broadcast works!
  24. I quite like it. I've not had that much time to check out what it can do yet but the interface has much improved.
