  1. Surprised buy that line up, but there has to be a reason for it. What's his record vs hearts (goodwillie)?
  2. Could have called it, McKay scores against caley for the Arabs.
  3. Cradle to the grave on bbc2, excellent comedy with Peter kay
  4. I really hope we get a result tomorrow, it's another massive test to see if they can handle the pressure of playing in front of a bigger crowd which isn't behind you. I'd say tyncastle is a harder place than the tattie dome just due to the stadium itself. Have a terrible record there, please let us get the result we need!
  5. Apparently he even tried for a pay off to terminate his contract. These guys genuinely don't have a clue. Step ladder has also been advised not to leave the country as it will likely lead to arrest. Innocent man? I don't think so.
  6. Good to.hear, I hope he has a flyer there. Would love him to come back and provide genuine competition.
  7. Aye, saw that on Sunday or monday, can't mind when. Absolutely shocking and I would implore everyone to post it to the SFA twitter account. I thought at that I could see why it was given but having seen the replay, it's ridiculous. Who knew that Sky would be the ones to point out the ridiculousness of the SFA.
  8. Following, what I would deem the shocking scenes in Hungary last night, how do folk feel we should be dealing with the sudden (and it is a sudden) influx of refugees and asylum seekers into the EU / UK? I'm of the opinion that currently, a lot of these people are fleeing areas which we (as in the West) have had an influence on. We've bombed these countries, interfered where not required for probable murky reasons. We actually have a moral responsibility to take more in, it's not like there are 100's of thousands, just a few thousand. The UK needs to do more and take a leaf out of, ironically, the German book. I love Germany and am very pleased to see them taking the lead on this. But what do you all think? The media, much like with Jeremy Corbyn, I feel have been blowing things out of proportion slightly, probably because fear sells news. Do Hungary have a right to protect their border the way they have? Surely this isn't a long term solution.
  9. Oddly enough, Willo mentioned him directly in his post match interview on RedTV and said he'd be gutted to not have made the bench but he is going to have a massive season for us. I like what I've seen of Smith so far this season, much improved. I fully expect him to take Pee Paw's place. I know TC is going to be upset but I agree with you, he's not getting any better and seems like a waste of a sub at the moment (moment being the last year).
  10. What a guy Hayes is, I mean, seriously!
  11. What a fanny
  12. Sadly Singapore turned out to be £3000! So went with the next best thing and Cathay which was just under £1300 and a seven hour lay over in Hk. Just a shame we can leave the airport, always wanted to go to HK but hey ho. Malaysian only had an hour lay over which seemed a bit risky.
  13. Out Family house Some cousins wedding anniversary Pub hopefully celebrating another win 2-2, Taylor and McLean
  14. Looked horrible
  15. Ha ha you've opened a can of worms there! Welcome aboard anyway!
  16. It really sounds like (pee paw sorry TC) he's not going to kick on. Which seems strange as every interview I've read or heard, he sounds like a decent professional. I know DM drills that into them but I don't think we have any guys that you would think that it's a facade. Onwards and upwards! Hopefully we'll see an improved performance on Sunday, certainly compared to our recent tyncastle adventures....(semi aside)
  17. Happy days, 7/7 and another clean sheet! Brilliant attendance for a midweek game too!
  18. I was in stitches when he blew that kiss and thumped his badge
  19. Right thing to do, I don't blame the ref for giving it, because of the conditions but the fact he got the ball should hopefully serve him in good stead. Loving the dhims going into meltdown over this
  20. Well, what a weekend and what a result! This is equally as hard a test for the players as a) I doubt the crowd will be anywhere near as big and b) this is your typical banana skin fixture where a team are likely to try and stifle us. I know Hamilton got pumped on the weekend, but they generally like to play a bit of football so we'll just need to keep calm and do our thing. We've not lost to Hamilton (at home) since 2010 so we should be fine. In/ out: Out Pre-matcher: Fives Match: Fives Post match: Flat most likely Prediction 2-0 Dons, Rooney and McLean (He'll be seething he missed a few good chances at the weekend).
  21. Mahrez? brilliant player. I've enjoyed watching Leicester since they got promoted, one of the few entertaining sides in the Epl. Ranieri seems like a good bloke too, very charismatic.
  22. Leicester were 2-0 down at home to the vile and are about to win 3-2, some comeback after half time!
  23. I was making this point to some mates earlier in the week, mainly after another Scotland embarrassment I think, and saying it was criminal that a guy who has been in the spfl team of the year twice in a row wasn't even in the squad. Thankfully, I couldn't care less because he's now gracing Pittodrie and what a player he is. Even better that his heart wanted him to.
  24. I can't stop watching the quinn goal, the roar after it, unreal! Woke up with a massive grin on my face. Even better than the lynch mob are baying for blood Consi was still the busiest player on the park yesterday, very fitting he stopped the Griffiths effort off the line. What a performance by everyone. From the team, management and fans alike.
