  1. Aye, he's been at left back but not sure he's got the pace for it anymore. The line up above isn't too bad though, tombola allowing.
  2. Anyone watch the Class of 92 show about them buying up Salford City last night? Quite interesting, although I can completely see why some fans would be pissed off about it.
  3. I'm surprised nothing has been formally leaked. Can't seem to find anything on it.
  4. Was 1700 but think the club announced there were a few others available earlier this week. So what you're saying is, we're back to needing a left back?
  5. Oh I completely agree, I was amazed more wasn't said about why it had happened. Pointless announcement.
  6. I see police have charged the 16 year old that they had in custody.
  7. A match, a month ago I wouldn't have been concerned about at all, but since then have every reason to be concerned about which team turn up. On our day, we've shown we can beat Celtic, no bother, but that team only started to appear for 20 mins during the Motherwell game. We really need the team to turn up for the full 90, McInnes to play our best side and bring on the right substitutions in this one. We've got a packed out allocation as is usual for this fixture and the team know they'll have their backing. If none of the above happened, I fear the worst. It will be down to Ward to keep the score respectable. In / Out: Out Pre matcher: Sorting out my Halloween costume Match: Flat watching the game on TV Post matcher: Flat, hopefully seeing the convicts getting humiliated and their egos smashed. Prediction: Dhims 2 - Dons 2, Shinnie Ward Logan / Quinn / Considine / Shinnie McGinn / Jack / Flood / Hayes McLean Rooney Not particularly happy about putting Flood in but Pawlett and McLean don't appear to be able to play together. I'd also much prefer Shinnie at Left back because I do not rate Considine there. Recent games showed he had defaulted back to his bomb scare self and playing suicidal back passes and cross field passes (yes i'm aware of what he did last season). At least if Quinn is playing he might be able to mop up some of Floods inevitable mistakes. I think i'd also like to see Smith get a run out from the bench in this one. COYR, let's get right into these pricks.
  8. I don't buy it for a second either. Both have been equally as tiresome to watch
  9. Man United get knocked out by 'boro at home in the league cup. Didn't watch it, but some of the live texters were complaining the possession game was boring and at least moysey was interesting to watch, even in defeat. It's not the most exciting campaign, reminds me a bit of JC who used to claim he liked teams to play, but never really saw much evidence of it. I'm sure JC is buds with him anyway.
  10. Dhims one up at the pink cowshed. Shame brown isn't playing and can't get injured.
  11. Where was this? Didn't see anything, although I haven't really looked if I'm honest. The timing doesn't surprise me whatsoever. Standard.
  12. Saw that appear on my twitter feed, mental! http://news.stv.tv/north/1331589-schoolboy-killed-after-alleged-stabbing-at-aberdeens-cults-academy/ Waste of a life
  13. There's still time
  14. Would be the most sensible option imo. good player, but a bit of money for him would mean we could get someone adequate to replace him as what's obvious is is that that person isn't currently at the club.
  15. PL has been keeping a close eye on Culjak and it sounded like he's definitely one for the future. Can't say I see enough of the highlights to comment on anyone really.
  16. Just seen this, cheeky bugger
  17. Would hardly surprising given his families location.
  18. Arsenal pumped out by Sheffield Wednesday. Stoke beat Chelsea 5-4 on penalties, both in the league cup.
  19. That is a random kick off. On TV?
  20. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34650787?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter Let's hope this all helps us on Saturday
  21. I actually thought Stooge had some valid points, Rocket. It's all pie in the sky thinking at the mo, rightly or wrongly, it'll come out in the wash one way or another. Regardless, we need a fighting performance on Saturday. This is far bigger than the previous games against the Dhims or Diet hunnery given the current circumstances.
  22. Good stuff Bobby! Always good to read, hopefully build on your early cup success! Where do you play your home games?
  23. True, but when did Anderson really grow into the role as captain? Personally, I can't see Jack as Captain. He's never been vocal enough nor have a strong enough presence to warrant being it. Only the former could I say that about Anderson's early years.
  24. To be fair, Millwall have fuck all fans left and come from what could be a different country (their fans look like no other people I've seen in the UK before) so it may be acceptable
