  1. There is actually a pub 40m from my office
  2. I thought he was very poor in the last two games against them but he's always been a very hot and cold player. As you say, we probably focus on it more because it is against them. Form wise I don't think he should be playing right now and was pleased dm seemed to think that on Friday too. Hopefully the kick up the arse he needs.
  3. I hope you're right Stupie, I really do. Nothing would please me more for them to let their club die (again) once and for all.
  4. Me and the mrs made a tofu satay stir fry tonight. Pretty damn tasty! Trying to cut down the amount of meat we eat (well, just on Mondays)
  5. Seen the replay a few times and seriously, WTF? Is a complete pussy? I thought so at the time but they should not have scored from that. Even jags fans laughed at his "attempt". Storie, also, seriously, WTF? What has he done (or not done) to warrant never getting any game time whatsoever? Given the amount of positive press he got from McInnes over the summer I have been left bewildered by his lack of playing time. Presumably he's not performing in training
  6. When Reynolds signed that new deal, I think it was the right thing to do with the evidence on show. It was also the start of the tide of retaining better players than we had previously. Could we have waited another season to see how he'd fair without Ando? possibly, but it was still the right thing from the club imo. Despite how I feel about him now. Hopefully you're right about failing to see that period out. Taylor, I gave the benefit of the doubt at the start of his dons career but there is no good will left. He panics me and i'm not even playing alongside him. We need another tall center half alongside O'Connor, but one that isn't a complete buffoon
  7. Amazing television. I loved the Sloth
  8. My Dad likes her, but I definitely don't see it. Very horselike imo.
  9. Out of interest, how long does Reynolds have left on his deal? Taylor along with mclean, two of mcinnes' untouchables.
  10. I agree, I also hope it will go that way. I see the fbi have said that the emails were not of a criminal nature.
  11. Watched This World on BBC which is about the shooting of Chapman, an unarmed black male in Portsmouth, yankee land. I think it was the right outcome but fuck, I'm glad I wasn't on the jury, so many lies it was hard to see the truth. Very good watch anyway.
  12. 6-1 Liverpool in the end. Could easily have been double figures. At the same time they could have conceded more than the single goal. As I said above, they are shite at the back but absolutely clinical going forward.
  13. Frank de Boer?!?! Not a fucking chance
  14. Going forward, they are very good to watch. Absolutely shite at the back but because they harry so many teams (as they are doing to Watford), the opposition don't really get that far.
  15. Ha, not this time round! In a day of positives, I see Hutton has ruled himself out for selection. Thank fuck for that.
  16. Ha ha no I knew what you were getting at, but Rooney isn't playing well at all at the moment so that's why I don't think it's controversial. By all means, bring him on as a sub, but he's just not doing it from the start. As you say, Stockley may offer more but he needs to be a bit more alert. Could and probably should have got more on Friday.
  17. Newco huns drawing 1-1 with county at the moment. Could do with that one staying as a draw (unless county win obviously). Hearts and St. Johnstone drawing yesterday was good for us.
  18. Do love a good rack of ribs! What flavouring? Made a chicken and Portobello mushroom ramen on Thursday night but forgot to take a pic. Have to say it was the best broth I'd made yet, favourite bit is always the eggs, has to be medium boiled
  19. Don't think there is anything controversial about it apart from McGinn starting. He's shite against the tims. I'd swap him for Burns. Put the rockets up him and see what happens.
  20. Absolutely this. He's an integral part of our defence, I'd rather not risk a combo of Reynolds / consi / Taylor. We need another o'connor in midfield.

    Andy Murray

Absolutely, still no mean feat becoming no.1
  22. This. Nothing borderline about it.
  23. Finally get to update this, feels like an age since we scored a goal Strikers: Rooney 9 Stockley 4 Burns 1 Storey 1 Midfielders: McGinn 5 McLean 4 Hayes 3 Maddison 2 Defenders: Logan 2 Considine 1 Taylor 1 O'Connor 1
  24. Absolutely, I had great fear when Reynolds came on. Causes panic. If consi and o'connor can develop a partnership then happy days. Shinnie needs to be at left back. Personally thought o'connor was motm but consi and Shinnie not far behind.
  25. Congrats Mbt, you were missed!
