I’m sorry I’ll have to disagree with you there. Rooney is on the scoresheet this season, Maynard is not. This is still with the pathetic service Rooney has had to deal with or being punted out wide. Rooney deserves far more respect than being mentioned in the same breath as that charlatan.

I agreed with everything you said, but this last bit especially. Why oh why does he persist on making these shite signings, ones that we can all see a mile off? I guess it's almost representative of some of his tactics where he over complicates or over thinks things. Tries to be too clever. We have yet to be proved wrong and the worst part of it is, they get more game time than youth players we could easily promote. Just don't get it. Even if the youth are dross, at least they're dross we're already paying for.

It was meant from the perspective that others manage results or a performance against them and we do not. Our form (cup final aside) against them has been absolutely pathetic. We’ve generally done the business against the rest which what has been the most frustrating thing about it all. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting us to win the league, far from it, but just want a consistent positive performance from us against them. One where we try.

Don’t disagree with what Milne has said here at all, however it’s been us that has been failing the rest. Our form against them has been abysmal to say the least. I truly hope that they’ve had the team watching dvds of how they’ve dropped points this season and using it as a blue print to beat them. If I ask for anything, it’s for positive McInnes to remain. Last weekends intensity is what is required.
