  1. I hit the bar on Saturday night.
  2. Shite movie, but that's how you spell it. I think we're showing great togetherness at the moment, it was good to see MM pointing out a few home truths to the 4th official and the ref yesterday. Weir, Papac and Fleck all commited worse fouls than Mark Kerr, Fleck had two bad ones on Pawlett. Weir must have fouled Miller ten times without getting booked. We don't need to pretend there's a bias towards the Old Firm, it's there for everyone to see. But if it gets the players as fired up as they were yesterday then I'm all for using this tactic.
  3. I'm fucking loving the bloke making the '1-0' gesture in the background. We should take it as a huge compliment that an odious little prick like Novo hates us so much.
  4. Absolutely fucking magic. I love days like these. Never a penalty. Never a red card. I thought we had magnificent performances right through the team, the young lads look brilliant. Huns fans were at their sectarian best from start to finish, no surprise there and presumably nothing will be done about it as usual. Well done Mark McGhee and all the lads, we showed a great togetherness today and it bodes well for the future.

You been on the breast milk tonight fj?
  6. You're playing with my dreams my friend.
  7. No, just Walkers crisps.
  8. I've seen Lee Miller recently in Tesco Westhill, buying a multipack of walkers crisps.
  9. I'm glad we blew several hundreds of thousands of pounds on compensation then, that makes it all worthwhile. At least there'll be no more cup humiliations.
  10. Pele's Bar tab and taxi fares?
  11. WTF the fuck is going on with Donstalk? Looks like jimbo and BB are about to do a 'fatshaft'.
  12. BBC pictures are inconclusive regarding the pen decision, but like BB says, who cares? Some strike from Aluko, and Paton and Pawlett look fecking superb. Good work fellas.
  13. Exactly, that's why I said... You're right, it's a period of change for the club, hopefully the fickle members of our support will realise that too.
  14. Not progress in terms of going further than the last 32 in Europe, but progress in terms of yet another solid league position and qualifying for Europe again, and the potential financial benefits as a result of that. All still possible again this season hopefully. I agree we're going to have to be patient, and there'll be no lack of patience amonst the regulars on here. Same as there wasn't under the old regime.
  15. St Johnstone are my wee team so I hope we go easy on them. 2-0 for the dons.
  16. I sympathise with Sharpie, he's been absolutely flying in training and he's great to have about the place.
  17. This fella could get the club moving in the right direction...
  18. I could stretch to a fiver. (Aberdonian you see)

I love halloween jokes... I don't know, what do pirates and stars and scisors and hearts have to do with halloween?
  20. Red Ultras unveiling a new banner this weekend?
  21. Likewise, I enjoyed the 2nd half. Proper LOL moment when Mcmanus lost the heid and chopped down Driver, you can't beat seeing the OF in the huff.
  22. I'm going to apologise. It was me who brought up Jimmy yesterday and as has been pointed out, it had no relevance to yesterdays result. I just let my frustrations regarding all things AFC get the better of me last night. I'm totally with Jager reference the waste of money thing, but me being pissed off about the way our club's run shouldn't be mistaken for me being over critical of (a probably equally frustrated) Mark McGhee.
  23. I can see some positives, the introduction of the young player Fyvie being the obvious one. The Mark Kerr situation is pissing me off, this is a player I had really high hopes for, is it a coincidence he's been shite since the Priory incident? One thing's for sure, we cant blame the poor form of individual players on the manager. Many of our current squad need to have a look at themselves.
  24. Minijc, IF we'd spent the money on quality players instead of needless management change we could easily have been in the position hibs are in now. That's not speculation. The Old Firm are poor, Hearts are awfull, and Utd are nothing special. McGhee could do just as well as Jimmy with a good budget - but any hopes of a transfer kitty disappeared when we started paying compensation to the Jimmys and Motherwell. The 'Mark McGhee silky football' dream was never going to materialise with the squad we have.
