Yeah I agree, but I also thought Mulgrew would weaken Celtic - and that doesn't seem to be the case. I think that's the point I was trying to make.

Well I think it's fair to say Mulgrew's come out of the situation without any regrets, he is playing regularly, being touted for a Scotland call-up, winning games, going to finals, and probably winning the title. And most importantly he's been a part of a side that's humiliated Aberdeen on more than one occasion this season.

There is more than a passing resemblance between this and the Mulgrew transfer though, and he came back to haunt us despite being 'garbage'.

Oh, and it would be nice for him to team up with his mate Kevin Kyle.

I don't give a toss if he leaves, but I'd prefer him to go to England. A fired up and motivated Zander Diamond is a player worth having in your team, without doubt he'll rediscover that motivation when lining up against us next season.

I was hitting a Callaway ERC Hot, now not allowed in competition due to the technology (although the pro I spoke to said it was ridiculous), so I went with the Callaway Diablo Octane... It worked ok in the demo bay down at the driving range anyway. It's a pity because my driving has always been sound, best part of my game, just hope this one works on the course as well as the last. Now if only someone could teach me to putt...

I can see us catching Motherwell and St Johnstone, but we also need to make up a 4 point gap on ICT who have a far superior goal difference, albeit their fixtures look a bit harder than ours. It's going to be close, think last week's defeat against Motherwell could be the blip that costs us top six. I really wanted something to happen for him but he kept making the wrong choices, probably due to nerves and an over-eagerness to impress. He was on the right, on the left, through the middle, as said above, if he'd been given a bit longer and maybe a specific job to do he could have impressed more. I hope he'll get another chance, but you have to say Scotland are getting a decent squad together and it will be hard for anyone (especially playing for unfashionable Aberdeen) to break into that team.
