I've got an old Aberdeen v Chelsea programme from 1974 with a picture of 2 year old Chris Hollins in it. No doubt inspired by his first taste of stardom in the dons matchday magazine, that wee boy went on to become one of the BBC's best loved sports presenters, and Strictly come dancing champion 2009. Please don't punch him.

Looking (not very far) ahead. 25 days By now I'm usually salivating at the prospect of a new season, this Summer I'm thoroughly enjoying a break from it all. Even the Woman's World cup can't tempt me. I'm actually dreading the new season. Never felt like this before. My kids aren't interested in it, I've all but given up on it, the people running the club clearly don't give a fuck about it. It's official..... AFC, RIP in peace. Hope that's cheered you all up.

Good to hear TF. Just for info the courses I played in Spain were all nice, the La Cala (Americas) one being the pick of the bunch. Great weather, loads of beers, good company. The Fuengirola resort itself was a bit of a shit-hole though. And I didn't see any blokes from Balmedie.
