  1. Basically they think they're getting it right up us but what they'd do well to remember is that the NE of Scotland is, per capita, much more unionist than Glasgow. Most of the dos cunts in the home end whinging about their bile are indirectly at fault.
  2. 3 points or McInnes' resignation by the end of the night plz.
  3. Shocked to hear about Sir Alex's sudden health issues but like everyone else I wish the great man all the best. He'd be an immeasurable loss so to many.
  4. My money would be on Viera for Arse.
  5. The Cove fans are divided over the issue but Cove as a club are very keen to go up. And I would probably make them favourites against Cowdenbeath now.
  6. Went to Miller & Carter last week. They were having a "soft opening" so the food was half price and it was excellent. I'll definitely go back even though it will be full price. Proper steak restaurant in Aberdeen finally. Knowledgeable waiting staff and very good chefs. Do yourself a favour and let the chef cook the steaks as he'd have them himself. You can't go wrong. If you like your steaks well done then gtf and don't bother.
  7. If they're done well then why not. But a lot of the fucking time they're not done well! And then they look fucking awful.
  8. It did strike me as a strange thing to say on the radio tbh.
  9. Fair play to you. I often cant's be arsed with the 5-10 minute drive to Pittodrie let alone coming up from the other side of the border.
  10. Derek said he was "cheap as chips". Doubt he's on much. And he indicated on Friday just how good an option he is to turn to. Was very pleased with how he played.
  11. Or not do?
  12. Ffs MBT. What did you do??
  13. Correct. Hae a Simmie.
  14. WTF the fuck does that mean? Link isn't working either.
  15. Anyone know if the contact offered to him last year is still on the table? Because it fucking shouldn't be. Having said that he's right about Aberdeen fans.. even if he chose a terrible platform and time to say it.
  16.  What a difference a fortnight makes! That was the Curtis Main that impressed me against the Huns. They couldn't handle him and we couldn't handle him. All he really did was try really hard and close us down. And when he did have a chance he was composed. That was enough for him to annihilate us.
  17. Marmalade is almost as bad as dairylea IMHO. I also have never put jam on a rowie but I chose jam as it's undoubtedly one of the more popular choices. Personally I enjoy them by toasting them and spreading decent butter on them and that's it.
  18. Aye. Anyone who's seen the Rowie thread will understand where it came from. Never meant to be a permanent change. Just did it for a laugh but yous can all bet your bottom dollar that the more people complain aboot it the longer it'll be sticking around.
  19. The one with the farm shop?
  20. Ha! Was thinking the same thing to myself this morning. It's effective. It reminds me of what Bud did in 2000.
  21. Impressed me a lot the way he bullied the huns last weekend. But wouldn't quite put him in the "worth a look" column yet.
  22. Neither of those. New Zealand would be my guess. Anyone signed up for this? (Or willing to admit it?) I'm at the stage of due diligence and if they don't let me pay monthly I won't be doing it at all but as far as I can see we can only pay annually?
  23. Ronaldo is obviously a credit to the sport. Getting on a bit now but fit as a fiddle and built like the proverbial brick shithouse. Scored an unbelievable goal last night against Juve (although it wasn't ask spectacular as I expected it to to be after I'd heard the wankathon about it but very good nonetheless). A fine goal on as big a stage as they come. Having said that I voted for Messi. There's something about him that just makes him more likeable than Ronaldo. A far more slightly built loon he's had to defy the odds all the way along to prevent himself from being just another kid drummed out of football for being "too small". The way he plays the game he makes it look fun which it should be. Also I think Messi is less likely to sulk for any reason. Let's face it. There's nae much between the two of them in terms of ability and they're on a planet of their own when it comes to records and stats. Unbelievable footballers.
  24. +1 Jam
  25. Have you moved away have you? You hadn't mentioned it!
