  1. if Andy Carroll is worth £35m then Fraser Fyvie is worth a few mill.
  2. Aye I don't think he's better than what Man Utd currently have.
  3. As long as he helps us smuggles some points out of Ibrox.
  4. Ace min.

Aye it ended up being much easier than it looked like it was going to be. Having said that I think it'll be over by the semi final unfortunately.
  6. That long ago eh? Mental. What a bounce though!
  7. I'd be really depressed if we bit Fulham's hand off at a million for Fyvie. If they really want him show us the fucking money or fuck off. I hope this is in fact made up shite from a shite journo.
  8. No I wouldn't but McLeish has been at Birmingham for just a few years and nae his whole career like McCoist has been at Hungers. Remember how McLeish left Birmingham. He left in apparently a fairly disrespectful way and joined their close rivals. Villa fans should look at it in a different light.
  9. Not sure why everyone's got such a hard on. It will be a complete snore-fest like maist other friendlies. Man Utd game anyone? Utter shite. I'll still be gan though.
  10. Surely we're allowed to discuss them? It's not as if we're posting a list? Can we not have our weekly "Dons V some other shite" threads anymore since that has the fixture in the name? Agree about the world going mad. Utterly ridiculous state of afairs.
  11. Can we nae even discuss fixtures like?
  12. That's because they're a bunch of stupid twats. I think McLeish will be their best appointment since MoN.
  13. That's plenty. Anyone seen him looking for flats in Torry yet?
  14. Shite player no club! Shite player no club!
  15. He's a free agent now isn't he? Nae even our problem anymore!

Agree about avoiding Soderling. Tsonga and Wawrinka are tough but Murray's beaten them both at Wimbledon recently. Tsonga last year in three and I think Wawrinka was either last year or the year before? Anyway. While there aren't likely to be any easy matches Murray should be ok all the way to the semis. There's no good or bad draw. There are too many top class players for any draw to be much better than the other. Murray proved to me (in the way he beat Andy Roddick and Jo-Wilfred Tsonga) that he's got the game to beat the best. I know there are better players than Roddick and Tsonga but he made them both looks like mugs. Roddick more so. I know it's cliche but I think he has to manage to genuinely believe in himself. After this week at Queens I don't believe the gap between Murray and the top 3 is as big as I previously thought but he now needs to display some serious mental toughness.

If he plays like he did against Roddick he can go all the way. That was outstanding.
  18. BBIG.
  19. You're right. It's less than a rumour! Even Charlie Allan hasn't read it on here and ran with it on the back pages!
  20. Next.
  21. Decent appointment.
  22. No one's in light training. It's pre-season.
  23. Unlike the Deek Riordan one?

I agree that Federer and Nadal are two of the best players Tennis has seen ever. You just have to look at the number of grand slams that Federer has won and how much Nadal is bound to win but I don't think that Murray is better than many of the past greats. Murray just isn't good enough and although he's close he's not close enough. And I can't see him improving all that much now.
  25. Hijack This didn't help us.
