Yas min it's Friday afternoon! Game o 5-a-side tonight. Pizza after then boxing tomorrow. Semi-final on Sunday and off on Monday! Hud 'at!
  3. Pics or she doesn't exist.
  4. Cheers, CtS. Never seen that before! Every pen seemed to go to the same side!
  5. I see what you're saying about feeling more positive but being a typical Dons fan I managed to turn last night's decent performance into a negative. The way I saw it last night was that even if we played that well against Celtic I still think we'd get beat and beat more than 1-0 and I just can't see us even matching last night's level of performance. Having said that how can the players not be motivated for a Scottish Cup semi final?
  6. I'm a one. Not interested in moving but will be slightly curious to see what a new stadium would be like.
  7. I hope we tighten up at the back this time.
  8. I'm left fearing for Sunday. It's a real pity because other than that he was pretty good. Although Lafferty was beating everyone in the air. I don't think Diamond or Considine (or any decent central defender) should be beaten in the air.
  9. Exactly. I think we out-played them and deserved at least a draw if not more. I thought we looked nervous at the start but quickly settled. Aluko had 2 chances near the start and caused them problems all night. He was brilliant. It was a frustrating night of rueing missed chances. A couple of set plays clearly worked on in training almost got us some joy with one of them ending up being scrambled off the Hun line. Diamond should've done better for the goal. Our centre backs seemed to get out-muscled time and time again. It was still only a half chance which was extremely well taken. Rangers didn't really have any clear cut chances that I can remember.
  10. McNamee possibly but judging by the last semi final against Celtic Hartley not so much! Passenger!
  11. FFS fucks sake Jager. That was tlg's post and you're either with him or against him.
  12. Good solid player. Would replace Diamond nicely for a season or two anyway. As Stewart alluded to he's no spring battery chicken.
  13. I'm not sure. But I know that if you manage to stop the two arrows near enough the middle you'll usually score. Too far to either side and you've fucked it. I've managed to get to the semi final stage 2 or 3 times but never beyond.
  14. Fuck sake. I would've preferred some good news going into that game!
  15. Bad news, people. Apparently we're after Colin Nish if the BBC Gossip page is to be believed.
  16. Aye he's a quick healer.
  17. I'm hearing that Messi has broken his leg.
  18. Do you mind your son being subjected to hails of vile venom, swearing and abuse? If not sit in the South Stand or Main Stand. If you do mind then bide at home.
  19. If you think that's addictive try this one: http://www.myfootballgames.co.uk/game/307/2010-World-Cup-Shootout.html Shite at first but it's drawn me in.
  20. I see that people generally want a 16 or 18 team league which would of course mean there are less games in a season. Would the season ticket price remain the same? Would we be willing to pay the same (or more) for a season ticket if there were less games?
  21. Well if the shoe fits I'll wear it.

  23. Err.. aye. I know it is but we need harsher penalties for jockeys found guilty of it. Instead of a few days that they sometimes get make it a few weeks or more.
  24. I've felt this for 2 or 3 seasons now. It's a chore to watch the Dons. I always vow not to get a season ticket the following year but but always have. Maybe now that I have to pay full price I might actually not renew. It sometimes feels like a bad marriage and I feel obligated to go and support the team. There's absolutely no doubt, however, that if there wasn't the social aspect involved of going to the game with mates that I would've stopped going by now.
