  1. 400k tops, no way dundee could be paying him more than 150-200k a season.
  2. Hughes sounds like an idiot I grant you but I don't think he's a fool. My pal met him a few a times through work when he was up here and said he was far more switched on than he comes across in the press.
  3. If he gets his act together he will be gone in the summer you would think.
  4. Absolutely. Why do you ask Seebass?
  5. Try actually reading my post before jumping in with such vitriol. I'm not suggesting him or touting him for that matter. He's been linked with the job amd people were talking about it. Whether you like the hun cunt or not (and I don't) of all the SCOTTISH candidates mentioned he has the best CV by a mile. I cant fucking stand Walter Smith but I'm able to put that aside and recognise his ability to do the job. If he got it I think he would do well because he's a very good manager and did well before. I don't want him to get it because he walked out last time but if he does get it so be it. Also David Murray ruined the huns and got them liquidated, as huns go he aint all bad
  6. Walter Smith is a hun cunt and an utter cunt for walking out half way through a campaign. Despite this he is still by a mile the best Scottish candidate for the job that I have heard and I would be quite optimistic about our chances of qualification should he be appointed.
  7. I knew Mark for 25 years give or take, I didn't know him as well as I would have liked but I had a huge amount of time for him. He was a very funny guy, especially if he deemed someone late for the supporters bus. I faced his ire on this a few times and one time argued with him all the way to forres that jist because the bus was there 15 minutes early it didn't mean I was late by arriving 5 minutes before it was due to leave. He was a good guy and easily the biggest diehard I ever met, I'm really going to miss him. RIP Rattler.
  8. I thought ball was alright today, nothing spectacular but he put a shift in and was breaking up a lot of play in the second half. I thought Shinnie looked a bit tired today, great win though Kille are a pretty decent side.
  9. Downright bizzare, I've never heard of a club confirm a bid for their player successful only to have the named purchaser deny it. Wonder if Hamilton just want to move him on now.
  10. Preston agree fee for Devlin, next.
  11. I was speaking to a pal of mine last night who's a follower of the tribute act. He's a good guy actually despite his hunnish flaw. After the usual bluster from both sides we both agreed that this is a really interesting game given all the context let alone the actual teams themeselves. We look back in business going forward but the defence is shaky and their side is a big unknown. Depressingly they have done some canny business this window and I think Jimmy Nicholl will prove a very astute appointment also. In short it is not outwith the realms of possibility this could be as poor a night for us as it could be good because sadly the tribute act are looking not so bad roster wise now. Fuck knows how DM is going to approach this given the lack of knowledge of the hun team but having McKenna back is a biggie. You would have to hope Arnason too as it's the best pairing so far, It's a little immobile but as solid as we have got. Shinnie and Maclean are key tonight and if they play as they have been we have a hell of a chance to win comfortably. I would love Maclean to get a goal, he's gone about his transfer the right way and he would leave with hero status if he knocked in the winner at Mordor.

Can you post what you said for entertainment purposesm
  13. Hope it goes well seebass
  14. Tough game, can see Smith coming back to haunt us. I always rated him and he's doing really well there. Still fancy us though, sneak it 2-1 Stewart and Rooney
  15. We could get docherty of Hamilton for 500k you would think
  16. In fairness for a blatant attempt to unsettle the boy Adkins quotes are fairly respectful. Hull are a big enough team to turn his head a wee bit, Premier League team last season after all. I'm obviously biased but looking at it as objectively as possible you would think McKenna would at least want to see the season out at AFC. Adkins has a reasonable record and would probably give him a chance in the team too but he could be gone by the summer if he doesn't turn hull around. He's only on an 18 month deal and they are in a bit of a mess. You wouldn't begrudge him wanting to at least quadruple his wage though and there will be more attention from down south in the summer if he finishes the season strongly given the complete dearth of cb's at the moment. Probably not to hull though.
  17. The reign of the current incumbant has been a soap oprah so why not.....
  18. No, we don't need him
  19. We can't afford christie, tims will want a mill plus for him. I think we should be looking to see if birmingham will release Stewart for a reasonable sum instead. He's started to look really good recently and I think he will be a big player for us post split.
  20. Cosgrove just asked Liam McLeod on off the ball if Maynard to St J was a thing. LM said no comment but postulated he might actually get a chance to score at St J
  21. Feel no shame Bobby, you owe us nothing...
  22. Best xmas present I've had this year!
  23. Return of the mac! Delighted
  24. Interesting appointment, I've never really seen Pulis at a club where he will be expected to try and win a title/get promoted. Wonder if the tribute act actually ever spoke to him.
