  1. Solid first half. I tell you what, that's the first time I've seen us do the basics well in god knows how long.
  2. Thankfully not
  3. The angles really shit, i think if you see that from behind dunne it would probably be given as a foul on Mcrorie. If you watch it back Mcrorie's arm is just reaching it's fullest upward running movement as dunne moves his arms out toward him. Mcrorie moves his elbow up to try and get it over dunnes arm and shoulder, cos he's trying to get past him to continue his run, and dunnes momentum takes his head into it. It's completely instinctive from Mcrorie and never a foul to my eye. I will concede I had to watch it multiple times and do a phoenix from the flames like recreation with my jambo neighbour to come to this conclusion though.
  4. Agreed. It's a big fat no from me on Michniewicz
  5. Was he ever off it?
  6. My biggest take from this game is that the new cbs did awfully well given they only met each other for the first time yesterday. Add into that that the defensive plan they set up with went out the window after 5 minutes. At the very least they look competent. Dare I say it but we may actually start seeing clean sheets again at some point this season if they gel. I missed the start of the game but I hear we started with a back 3? Delay in subs was surprising to say the least. It reeks of lack of decisiveness and that seems very un Barry Robson. It seems even more odd given Robson had been talking about the need for more energy in his presser. He gets a hall pass on the loss given the 97 minutes of playing with 10 men but not on waiting so long to freshen things up. It makes no sense whatsoever.
  7. Robsons presser is worth a watch on rtv, thought he spoke really well
  8. Trawling the depths there manc
  9. Oh I gave up letting Aberdeen football club ruin my day a long time ago. It's not like I don't care but at the end of the day it's just football. We have three utterly humiliating results in a row but, literally, no-one has died as a result. Stay strong MBT and if you ever need an ear drop me a private message anytime.
  10. It's been one of the mast rapid fall from graces I've ever seen 2bh. We got soooooo bad so quickly. During the world cup I thought we just needed another defender and a rb to be in good shape squad wise. The capitulation to the huns was where the wheels started falling off to my eye. Even just drawing that game could have made such a huge difference to where we are now. As for how i am feeling? Worried to be honest. We have landed ourselves in a right pickle and I'm really dreading the rest of the season. A European place seems a hell of an ask right now as well.
  11. It's mental. Going in to the WC we were in a pretty decent place all things considered and but a few months we are a bona fide basket case.
  12. I don't see why not
  13. Literally no defensive option bar Coulson
  14. Tell you what, the pre match presser today is going to awkward as fuck.
  15. According to the daily hun the meeting ended near two hours ago
  16. To each their own. I know in my soul I'm doomed to watch them all.
  17. Hard to argue with any of that.
  18. Bielsa would be fascinating
  19. Seeing a lot of 1-2 year spells at clubs as a manager. It doesn't inspire confidence.
  20. If I wanted team talks so basic that they could be given via ouija boards wouldn't it just be easier to get mcghee back?
  21. This. Amazed the concept needed to be explained 2bh.
  22. At this stage I would be at peace with Robson as an interim.
  23. We seem to be wasting money hand over fist with recruitment too. We have more right wingers than the tory party and barely 2 centre half's
  24. He didn't hang around last time though I suppose glass was far more on the brink going into the Motherwell game. The club will have been caught on the hop and not expecting to be under such pressure to sack the manager so quickly. The bookies list of candidates is incredibly depressing but it's a shit time to be hiring. In fact there's probably no solution to this that isn't shit.
