  1. Levein doesn't inspire me if I'm honest....infact generally speaking been a long long time since anything to do with the Scottish national team inspired me, but Harry has taken my apathy to a new low during this qualifying campaign. Here we are just over twenty four hours from a game that could see us a mere 180 minutes away form our first major finals since 1998 and my excitement level doesn't even register a one on the scale. Lets be honest, if we do make the play offs it is more down to the failings of the other teams in the group rather than our brilliance. Frankly I find it embarassing the negative style of football Potter has introduced us to, and I hardly think the rest of the teams in the play offs will fear a Scotland team that could get there with a mere eight goals scored in eight games and a massive ELEVEN POINTS out of a possible twenty four. Got a tenner on 4-0 Spain tomorrow night.

  4. sounds like different season, same old shit then from Zander
  5. Fucking deluded prick...... Totally one sided article.....so he admits to agreeing to join Farts in March and wonders why he was booed after that No mention of the fact that frankly his performances were at best shite. If he was so keen to get out of Scotland why was he going to join Farts...... nothing to do with the money Plug The only bit of the article I can agree with is the bit about best for both parties to go their seperate ways. Captain of Oldham within a month of joining Anyone bothered to check the league tables and see how effective his leadership skills have been in terms of results
  6. Pure and simple, end of. Its not like we can afford to turn down amyone's money
  7. Thought we were looking to put him out on loan Bit bizzare surely if he is going in for an operation.
  8. Just seen highlights and probably for the first time this season the word highlight is actually justified. Guess I should just fuck off for a long weekend more often if thats what happens. One swallow doesn't make a summer, but credit where credit is due, certainly looked like we turned them over big time.
  9. Youth of today Guess you had to live it Turning eighteen, travelling to every away game, winning the league, and a great song. One day you might experience the feeling
  10. But did you listen to it
  11. Thirty years on and still one of my favourite tracks of ALL time. Do yourself a favour, click on the youtube link and listen to this. Absolutely pisses all over todays music. Still remember as if it was only yesterday seeing them performing this live How the fuck was this not a hit in the UK http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrbAGIAZ6bY&feature=related
  12. The Very Best of Steely Dan Going to follow it up with listening to Donald Fagen's first sole album, the brilliant Nightfly The Nightfly is the first solo album by Steely Dan co-founder Donald Fagen, released in 1982. It was one of the first fully digital recordings of popular music. Although The Nightfly includes a number of production staff and musicians who had played on Steely Dan records, it is notably Fagen's first release without longtime collaborator Walter Becker. Unlike the majority of Fagen's work before this point, The Nightfly is almost blatantly autobiographical. Many of the songs relate to the cautiously optimistic mood of his suburban childhood in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and include such lyrical topics as late night jazz deejays, bomb shelters, and tropical vacations. The Nightfly was certified Platinum in both the US and UK, and produced two popular hits with "I.G.Y. (What a Beautiful World)" and "New Frontier". It also received several 1983 Grammy Award nominations. This relatively low-key but long-lived popularity led the Wall Street Journal in 2007 to dub the album, "one of pop music's sneakiest masterpieces."
