Please note tonight's game at Pittodrie against Partick Thistle remains ON and at present there are no plans for a pitch inspection.
The storm currently affecting the North East is due to move away this afternoon and the forecast for this evening is for more settled weather.
Reckon it wasn't this Motorhead gig I was at.
Think they played at the Capitol in late 1979 and also late in 1980 and reckon it was the second one I was at Rocket
Must have been more pissed than I realised, either that or I completely missed the support act.
Definitely saw Saxon as support to someone around that time at the Capitol

Interesting read. the elder ones amongst us (me, Rocket & MBT) will remember the '74 World Cup and East playing West. Nobody gave the East Germans a chance but they came out on top.
Not sure about English clubs moving for Rooney giving his past history down there.
Concerned however that The Howkers could come in with a bid for him as proven goalscorer in SPL and without The Thumb they have very little else.
Was there in late '79 at the Capitol as well Rocket.
Woke up the following morning with a ringing noise in my ears.
Am I havering or did Saxon support them that night
Interesting that only one goalkeeper is in the numbers 11-40.
Expected that one of the Andy Goram's would be in top ten.
Right few goalies missing so far, Leighton, Snelders, Boruc, Klos and Gordon (Hearts days).
Derek Johnstone on the list...wtf
P.S agree re Cammy Smith, thought he had a great twenty minutes or so.
Probably unlucky not to get extended run in first team but competition for places is intense.
As comfortable a 4-0 away win as I have seen in many a year.
We came flying out of the traps and by the time we got our first goal must have had near 80% possession.
I've seen us take many a humping at Rugby Park in the last twenty years so yesterday was particularly enjoyable.
Heard the Killie fan (Gordon or fitever his name) is on Radio Scotland after game saying that it could have been double figures for us such was the domination.
Lets hope we can keep the momentum building into the New Year cause the howkers are there for the taking this season.
Sorry to see Logan go but McGowan ticks lots of boxes.
Experienced SPL player
Internationalist
Decent age, hopefully best years ahead of him
No fee required
Pisses off the Arabs
It's a yes from me.
