You all assume that D. Ferguson is in fact Darren and not Duncan or Derek!!!? Terry Butcher anyone?

Whether it was a penalty or not does not matter as Aberdeen won the game anyway and hopefully this will have taught Miller a lesson. He's been falling over too easily trying to get fouls for ages now and it's pretty poor. He's a decent sized lad a might be better off trying to keep his feet and ruffle up a few defenders.

Theo was better than Leighton by quite a way IMO (Better reflexes, shotstopping, catching, kicking). In fact, I'd go as far as to say that in his prime at Todders, he was the best keeper playing in Britain.

I don't think I'd want him as a full time coach as he has no real coaching experience. I do think that although slow and getting on a bit, he could act as cover, help organise the defence when he plays and give the younger defenders a few pointers (dare I say, a bit like Derek Whyte did with Anderson!)

This has probably been brought up already but..... Pressley could 'do a job for us' if we took him on a years contract. Admittedly past his best but so is David Weir and he's done a good job at Rangers. Plus, his experience might help Diamond and particularly considine?

I'm not willing to say who told me about his house being taken off the market but it's from a reliable source - you'll just have to trust me! Of course - like others have said, it doesn't mean he's definitely staying but, certainly adds spice to the curry. Does anyone know if any club has actually come in and offered him anything?

Fit aboot at 3-5-2? Touzani in the hole in between the defence and midfield so, kind of a 3-1-4-2?

Neil Lennon did an excellent job for Celtic, domestically and in Europe and my wife could beat him at a 50 yard dash so, there's no reason Touzani couldn't do a great job in the same roll for us (plus he's quicker and a picture o health compared to Lennon)!!

A-League's the same - Grant Brebner's no doubt earning a fortune with Melbourne Victory and he's been injured all season. It's that bad that Craig Moore and Tony Vidmar Look like accomplished defenders! At least Beckham can bring a bit o life to the MLS, the only bit o life in the A-League's the beer!!

Listen guys. Don't be giving up the season tickets. Despite the cost, it's the way to go. Trust me. I live in Australia now and the biggest thing I miss about Scotland (apart from my family) is Saturdays with AFC - The beers before the game with the lads, the walk down Merkland Road, the game and the beers and banter after the game. Although the two semi's have been a massive let down, if I still lived in Aberdeen I'd be along there as much as I could next season. Newcastle United (The Jets) are my adopted A-league team and let me tell you that the standard of football is shocking here and has nothing on a Saturday at Todders. You can however take drink to your seats, which numbs the pain a bit! The Jets did win the A-league this season which was even more sweeter seeing as they beat Ian Ferguson's Central Coast Mariners in the last game but it was nothing compared with the 4am Bounce in my living room when we scored against Bayern. Made my season.

James Troisi Not being offered a new contract by the Toon. Might not be good enough for them but would be quality signing for the Dandies. Would add a bit of bulk to our midfield?

Touzani should definitely have a future at Todders. I know that when he joined the club, he really struggled with the Scottish style of game and had to do a warm up for the warm up before training started. No shit. When Mackie, Clark and Seve were playing golf, he was in the gym trying to get himself in shape. He's been very unlucky with Injuries and the flu. The other thing he's been unlucky with is that he's never had a proper run in the team because his manager picks his favourites all the time. I think he could be a great player for Aberdeen IF he's given a run in the team and allowed to settle into a roll. Not just played at Centre half cause there's nobody else available to cover for Zander. Although he's slightly built, the games I've seen him in, he gets stuck in and although not fast, is actually a good tackler and has a football brain. Yes, a bit like someone said earlier - Neil Lemon (Just without the beer gut!) He needs to played in front of the defence and given a chance.

I totally agree. The same could be said about Derek Riorden but I bet we'd all have him in an Aberdeen shirt? Plenty people who could not make it doing any other job turn out to be good football players.

If (IF) we are still in with a shout of Europe on the last day, then I think it's perfectly feasible that we can beat Rangers at Pittodrie, put ourselves into Europe and spoil their party. We needed a performance from the team on the last day of last season and we got it. However, I too agree that the title is swinging Celtic's way at the moment. Rangers are scraping results at the moment and their players are looking tired. I must say, the UEFA final might be the first time I've ever wished Ricksen to play well and be on the winning team!!!!

Well said Reekie. Scotland caps at the time Stockdale got them are worthless since Berti played any Tom, Dick or harry during his reign. However, I do seem to remember Stockdale being a decent player at Boro, although I guess he could have gone down the road of Jodie Morris, Michael Bridges etc etc.
