  1. I disagree, I made it personal, which on reflection was unnecessary.
  2. Comment removed. CtS, if I caused offence, which judging by your reply, I didn't , then I apologise.
  3. Given how they're currently playing, and how well they started the game ( We certainly aided them by being fucking abysmal ) it's a welcome point. Standouts were Ash Taylor, Greg Leigh, Shay Logan & Lewis Ferguson, he was excellent, I wish that's how he played every week, grabbed that midfield by the scruff of the neck. Always pleased to be proved wrong, and how sweet things would have been had Cosgrove nodded that chance home Have to say, that Kent looked rather strange tonight, he had plenty of tricks but everything he did was in his own half and whenever he got into our half, we dealt with him comfortably. How much did he cost?
  4. We got very bored with Season 2 of True Detective, didn't think it was anywhere near as good and didn't quite grip us the same as S1, I probably should have mentioned that ( Might try Season 3, but feel the Missus has been put off because of Season 2 ) We will certainly give Bloodline a watch though, just had a quick look at the Trailer, looks good. Appreciate it.
  5. Looking for some recommendations please. We have finished True Detective ( Season 1 ) , Stranger Things, Broadchurch, The Bay & The Sinner. We're looking for something similiar to start watching next, we enjoy an episide or two when the kids go to bed. Mystery, Crime, whodunnit etc... all welcome, thanks.
  6. Are they not streets ahead of us? There is a difference between being realistic and having a love in. I detest the cunts as well, but I know for a fact our Manager won't play to our own strengths and will show them far too much respect. " and now we face one of the strongest teams in the country, Rangers have better players than us but we can win the game and it’s important that my players believe that when they go out there. " That's our Manager bumming them up publicly, he's certainly giving them love, don't know why he couldn't just say that we have a tough game on Wednesday night etc...etc... but we can win if the players believe it. It's not just down to payers believing it though, is it? We fluked wins against them last season and I'd very much bite your hand of for another one of those on Wednesday night, but I won't hold my breath. I will stick to my prediction of 4-1 to the Hun bastards.
  7. We won't win, call me a negative cunt all you want. They are currently streets ahead of us, especially mentally, they have their tails up whereas we're struggling to draw and beat the bottom two clubs. Still don't know our best back 4 and rely far too much on Cosgrove, imagine where we'd be without him We will camp inside our own half, concede 2 before half time and the heads will go down, it'll finish 4, maybe 5 - 0, if big Sammy gets a half chance, we may score one ourselves. There will be more vocifourous booing and the Manager will say that we're miles behind them and need to be realistic etc.. etc.. We'll scrape some more wins against mid-table teams and all will be forgotten again until we face either arse cheek again.
  8. I think we will see a Chelsea Reserve player coming on loan, maybe even get Hector back on loan too! I think one of the good things regarding McInnes is his relationship with Lampard & Jody Morris, Chelsea have fucking lots of Youth players and I'm extremely confident that we will see one or two come on loan whilst Lampard is still the Manager there.
  9. Abysmal really, form start to finish. We controlled periods of the game without causing problems, it took an excellent bit of magic from Cosgrove to separate us, but we continued to camp in our half, gave them far too much time on the ball and eventually, they capitilsed. There is absolutey no way you can defend that atrocity, yes, we should have had a Penalty, but McGinn misses a sitter in the same phase of play and we still had around 55 minutes, maybe more, to add to our tally, as well as at least 15 minutes at the end when they were playing with 9 men for fuck sake. I won't criticise him for taking Main off, as he was offering absolutely nothing, but he should have changed the shape and pushed McGinn and Hedges further up the pitch. Fucking apoplectic ( Yet again ) with rage.
  10. I tip my hat to the guy. Clearly worked on his game and worked hard on it, he showed continued improvement year after year and whilst I still think he's " limited " he's been at the very least, consistently reliable. He was pretty error prone for a few years, but he's more mature now and clearly gives his all each and every game.
  11. I'd get fucking lost and left behind min As an aside, me and 2 mates have been deliberating whether to build a small-ish Cabin somewhere quite secluded, I am very much up for it as is the one who will be doing all of the work, he's extremely handy when it comes to stuff like that, we're just trying to work out costs and the main one, location, we would like it secluded enough from the usual wee wankers that just wreck everything as soon as they see it, but not close to home, the whole point is for it to be somewhere we can fuck off too at a Weekend, maybe do some Fishing and sightseeing, can you think of anywhere off the top of your head, between Glasgow and as far as probably Perth? Not too far North. can be East or West.
  12. Thoroughly enjoyed Upgrade & Joker.
  13. Always a tough fixture, almost like they raise their game when playing us? Or perhaps we show too much respect, either way, it's never easy. They're fucking honking though, truly mince, so no doubt we'll lose 2-1 or manage a 1-1- draw
  14. Another 2 Year Contract Extension for Derek & Tony. Bid of 10 Million accepted for McKenna from Chelsea, Hector coming in the opposite direction as part of the deal. Alan Gow REALLY has been spotted in Greggs. Shaun Maloney performs a dramatic U-Turn several years later and signs a years contract as a member of the playing squad. Has to be one of those.
  15. Never hidden the fact that I think this boy is incredibly overrated, and if he did go there, he would weaken them, he's a big step down from Jack, Kamara & an ageing Davis. He has time on his side and could of course improve and become a more complete player, but I simply don't see it at this moment in time. I think the compensation we paid for him was about right at that time, he's probably added another 500k to that. I'd be looking for 1 Million plus a sell on clause for the future, but if it's those hun bastards that are genuinely after him, we should be quadrupling our asking price.
  16. I can honestly say that I have a hell of a lot of hate. I don't like people nowadays, I think they're all selfish, egotistical wankers, people desperate for attention and approval that they portray themselves as someone they're not on Social Media etc... just for the " Likes " Everyone seems to have adopted a smug attitude and you notice it on the roads, Shopping Centres etc... Took my old man to do his weekly shopping, drove into the car park, looking for a space, then somecunt walks out in the middle of the car park with a trolley and carries on walking up the middle whilst we're in disbelief at a snails pace, I eventually peeped the horn and the scowl he gave us was incredible, imagine a car being on the road eh It's a truly horrible place to be these days, I struggle on a daily basis. ( I didn't read the entirety of your initial post, so if I have skewed from then point, then I apol.....fuck off )
  17. Another correct scoreline, should start putting money on it! Anyway, relatively comfortable game, referee was abysmal though, for both teams it has to be said. Considine my MOTM, 2-3 excellent defensive blocks and a very good finish for his goal. Hedges & Leigh were also very good. No poor players today really. 3 wins in a row, 7 scored and one conceded, the one conceded was a very debatable Penalty today. Fingers crossed this is us for the rest of the season, we have bodies back, Wilson, Gleeson, Vyner not even in the squad, so we can only get stronger, numbers wise. Only downside is that's it's 2 weeks tomorrow until our next fixture.
  18. I'd be very surprised if he went for 2 Strikers again, but against a team like County, it could work well. They seem to start slowly but grow more into the game, they've came back from goals down to draw & win, but also took a couple of heavy defeats. I think we'll take 3 points as well, and would like to see a similar 11 on the pitch. Ross County 1 vs 3 Aberdeen ( Cosgrove x 2, McLennan )
  19. Got the result correct, just not all of the scorers! It's another 3 points, Motherwell winning keeps them 3rd but I am hoping they fade away, they normally do, would probably hurt them if Robinson is approached and subsequently, takes, the Hearts job. 2 games in a row were Ferguson has been the best player? Never saw the game, just going by Social Media, perhaps the lad reads this forum and is determined to prove me wrong Hopefully that gives Main a shot in the arm, but I highly doubt we'll go with 2 out and out Strikers again, so he'll probably be back to being on the bench, unless Cosgrove is injured, which hopefully, he is not. Back to back wins, a full week off, hopefully that is the corner turned and we can carry on picking up these 3 points and get some daylight from the rest.
  20. Indeed, Alessio has them well organised, and that means it's up to us to break them down, something we've struggled with in these types of games. However, I am quietly confident of a good, comfortable win. I'd be tempted to let Bryson miss this out, if there's any doubt whatsoever, why risk him? Lewis Logan Considine McKenna Leigh Vyner Gleeson Hedges Ferguson McGinn Cosgrove Should be enough there to break them down. Aberdeen 3 vs 0 Kilmarnock ( Cosgrove, Hedges, Ferguson )
  21. Reading the reports on Social Media though, Hamilton only had one effort on goal? Highlights suggest otherwise, 2 good saves from Lewis in the 1st Half. It's a much needed 3 points and we should have won by more, but we'll take it, we really need to go on a good run now and put some distance between ourselves and the rest, once we overtake Motherwell that is. Good to see some good individual performances also, Ferguson at the heart of most things, looked again like he was playing a more advanced midfield role, has to be where he plays all of the time, as he's ineffectual in the deeper role. Let Gleeson & Bryson partner each other in the deeper roles, keep Ferguson further forward.
  22. I don't see it as lazy scouting at all, he's a good full back that has plenty of experience in this division now and is, whether on merit or not, an International. Would be available on a Free Transfer as well, we can still bring in a Ball/Vyner type player to cover injury/suspension. But I do agree that he'd probably prefer a move to England, be it a Championship/League 1 team. I just think we should at the very least, talk to him. He would definitely be an improvement on Logan at this time.
  23. Stephen O'Donnell is out of contract at Kilmarnock at the end of the season, and whilst I appreciate he's not an International class Right Back, as his Caps suggest, he'd certainly be an improvement on Logan, who sadly has regressed badly. I'd be hoping we approach him at least.
  24. Have the pleasure of playing 5 a sides tomorrow night, Kick off at 7pm, will likely miss this one, maybe catch the last 10-15 minutes. Hoping for a roaring reaction and a comfortable 4-0 win. The reality though, we will probably grind out a shitfest 1-1 and our manager will be pleased with the reaction from the players.
