An absolute travesty.

The team that clearly deserves a chance of promotion is thwarted by the pathetic circus of play offs.

Why bother with a league at all?

Id still take either Hamilton or ICT to see off the caravan dwellers who remain utterly honking. Got a feeling it will be Caley who get the honours and I'd expect at least a 3 goal aggregate win.

Far rather it was the Jutes coming up as they bring so much more to the league than either of ICT or Hamilton but they are where they are due to a fud of a chairman and some shockingly bad managerial appointments.

And its time the play off was strictly between the 2nd team in the Championship and 2nd bottom of the Premier.

Hamilton it is, due to Hundee going into holiday mode.

I think Hamilton may well beat Dundee Hibernian though.

On a side note, Devlin stretchered off,  incase we were thinking of resigning him

Brechin City promoted to Championship following play off win over Alloa.

Forfar promoted to League One after beating Peterhead in play off. Peterhead will be in League 2 next season.

Cowdenbeath beat East Kilbride in League 2 play off to maintain their league status and avoid a record breaking 3rd straight relegation.

Would be funny if hamilton turned them over. But think utd will cheat just to scrape through.

that 2nd utd goal should never have happened. clear foul on the defender. But hey ho. Surely there will be some under hand dealing with BT to get utd /hibs up.

I really hope Ajax win tomorrow night, great to see them in a major European final again.

Well that was dull although I did enjoy the red card for Simon Murray.
If only he had just gone down like a normal person rather than impersonating Tom Daley he would have probably got the Penalty instead of his 2nd Yellow.

Cannot stand players like him.

Hamilton seemingly given the Arabs more than 3000 tickets for the second leg so it is guaranteed the 'home' home support will be a Tayside one.

Based on what i saw though I wouldn't be surprised to see either of these teams finishing bottom of the premier next season

Really hope Utd do it, one less plastic pitch in the league would be very welcome.

No sympathy for Murray either he was falling over in the last leg too.
Decided to start a football blog, feel free to have a read here.

They really bottled it. Seem to recall rumours of some serious financial issues if they had to spend another season in the 1st

There was definitely a suggestion that they were in serious shite financially if they failed to come up.

Admin looks a certainty. Big problems there, mostly caused by Thompson Jnr apparently.

Huddersfield win an awful game, on penalties, to make it to the "bestleagueintheworld". Great penalty save from some guy called Ward

Junior Cup Final currently on BBC Alba

Auchinlek Talbot 1-1 Glenafton Athletic (Darkest Ayrshire Derby)

Baffles me that a Gaelic TV Channel covers the final of a cup competition in which by my reckoning features only 3 teams from history Gaelic Speaking Areas of the Country.

But then again the Gaelic language has always baffled me since the day I discovered it was a compulsory subject for the first 2 years of High School (Kids at my old school now apparently get a choice)
