We used to have a thread which covered boozing, but thought it was about time we started a new one!

 

Should be having some of this tonight  :thumbsup:

I've decided it must have been the Torpedo.  Seems to fit the description.

Has some Tamnavulan double cask whisky yesterday. A decent dram indeed.

 

Aberfeldy single malt tonight.

 

It's my auld mans birthday, so better have a fine dram or two with him.

Am no a big fan of chilled red, ma wife goes mental if she gets a glass o chilled red wine! Room temperature or nothing

It was by accident, I stuck the open bottle in the fridge last night , & haho. I enjoyed it

On Chianti Classico masel, soon to be followed by an Oak Cross, a new whisky introduced to me last week. So good.

We have a nice bottle of Malbec which I thought we were gonna have but doesn't really sit well with curry!  Not heard of Oak Cross, where's it from?

Captain Morgan's spiced rum. Gone down very well today watching the football scores coming in, getting a coupon up and then watching some old Dons games on YouTube.

Neither had I. First bottle. Half way gone. The independent shop I get my alcohol from recommended it and gave me a taste and I was sold. Sorry for not coming back to you earlier. I missed your post and I'm teetotal every January and not missing it at all. This review tells you all about it: -

Balvenie is one of my favs Manc. If I have anything other than a pint in my local, it's that.

 

Speyside my preference 95% of the time.
