You've certainly got a talent there malaga, far did you pick up all the culinary skills?  I've gave it a go on numerous occasions but I am completely hopeless.  I guess some folk have it and some folk don't.

Looks good yet again Malaga, Mash and esp cheese flavoured is a weekness of mine, I don't have an off button and would want to keep eating it till I was sick  :rofl:

Did it work? I wid have thought reducing the cider with butter or some such wid have made for a stickier, more cidery effect. But I've never tried it like. I burnt my tea the nicht so possibly nae one to gie advice.

Made some awesome steak fajitas last night.  Will need to get into the habit of taking photos though  :thumbsup:

Made myself a Shepherds pie on Sunday.  Temperatures been dropping and was a perfect meal post cycle!

Looks good min. Lasagne for me last night, with home grown beetroot, some salad & garlic bread on the side.

 

It's bloody cold here today, French Onion soup and mare garlic bread tonight i think.

Sunday afternoon boredom,

Had a go at sausage rolls, also a big one for tomorrow nights tea. Puff pastry, English mustard, sausage meat heaps o ingins salt pepper, then covered in caramelised onions before wrapping in pastry
