Looks fine though, hope the wife and loons appreciate the fine grub you do for them! Love to see more bbq pit boys style recipes like the beer can burgers you done before.

Ok as we're still feeling our way into our new neighbourhood. I thought I'd start we an easy Saturday night classic

Remember, yer grub habits for this  threads doesn't have to be home made

Tonight bought in Asda Indian banquet

Chicken buna, chicken madras, Bombay potato, pila rice ,tomato and mango chutney, somosa, bangee & nan bread ,easy

Been up since the crack o dawn, friends and family have arrived so big BBQ and swally on the day!

Pork Ribs, dry rubbed and cooking already,

Chicken wings in marinade

Pork fillet in marinade

Steaks just going straight on over the coals

Homemade burgers away to get made

Tatties and veg to be done later!

 

Most importantly, ice box full and beers chilling!

 

Will see if i can post a photo later

 

Can we pop round for a while mate ;)

 

Really wish we had a better climate in Scotland. Must be great to be able to plan things like bbq's weeks in advance knowing the weather will be ok.

 

Having a bit of an Indian summer down here just now. Played golf in shorts yesterday afternoon and probably will be again today  :thumbsup:

I'm at work in Angola just now, just made a curry for all the lads, we always have a Sunday cook off. Had the chicken marinading in spices overnight, put it all together at 5:30 this morning when i got in and it's now bubbling away on the hob, to be served at 12, half rice half chips, the smell is wafting round the workshop...

Think that was only half of it Manc,

 

Had 4 racks o ribs on the go, a dose o hamemade burgers still and a heap o corn on the cobs!

 

 

Chicken Panang Banquet for one!!

Char grilled chicken and roasted spiced vegetables in a fragrant coconut and lime sauce

Thai vegetable curry, sticky jasmine rice and crispy onions

Oh and a divot o loaf and butter

Looks the part there three crazz.  I would Simmie you up to but seen as I have only just been given this power I have decided to keep my very first simmie rating for a special occasion.
