How likely are we do you think to be making any signings this january?

 

Key positions needing addressed are still Rb and GK imo.  A new striker would be good too as vernon has really struggled this year, would love someone like Jamie Murphy from motherwell but thats never going to happen.  Richard Brittain from county would be a great addition as well

 

Ah well, guess it was either a load of bollocks or DM just didn't think he was up to the task anymore.  I'm sure it was good value for winding up the arabs anyway

I see Hector is heading.back down south in January but DM is hoping to get him back. Hopefully no-one else comes in for him.

Saw this on BBC teletext, but reckon there is nothing new in this. He was always going back to his parent club at end of loan. Nothing in it says we won't be able to extend the loan. Then again before someone points out the obvious, nothing says we can extend it either

Was there not something in press a while back about Reading wanting to Hector to sign a new deal before allowing him back out on loan as his current one is up in the summer?

hector's ok but i do hope this transfer window's not spent discussing players we already have, considering the positions we need strengthened.

Unless we get Hector back I'd be very surprised if we do any business.
