Mark hughes is Fulham's new manager. Think that is a more than decent appointment. Hopefully he can build on Roy's success and ensure they retain a few of their key players from last season.

Randall is a fine talent but given (correct me if I’m wrong @Reekie_Red) he came from the MSL, not sure he’d be quite there yet. Still, Arabs appear to be persisting on the a-league which is grand for them 😂

Randall is an interesting one. Cosgrove is flourishing in the A-League mainly thanks to his height versus far inferior defences to what he has played against previously. Most of Randall's goals have been either very scrappy or they've been thise ones that everyone hits now and then in their life. He ain't special, and he will struggle in the Scottish Premier where you get an absolute brute of a CB pairing hitting you on yer arse

As someone said earlier even with the sell on clause to Fulham still a great deal at allegedly £7m.

Really hope Bowie plays and does well for Scotland’s sake, momentum leading up to the World Cup. We desperately need a legit 9. Would also like to see josh Doug in the march internationals too. He’s listed as a left back/left wing back, we desperately need width on the left for Scotland, perhaps ahead of Robertson as a left mid? Assuming we don’t get Barnes.

Interesting one this.

Heart's James Wilson off to Spurs on loan until season end, so that they can play him in their U21 team until then.

Fee agreed for loan to become permanent deal at that time is they still rate him.

Hope it goes well for him and he develops to become a first team player there as it would work to the national team's benefit long term

Arsenal also wanted him but wouldn't commit to agreeing a future fee now.

I would say thats a great bit of business for Dundee should he stay fit.

we're signing players without a manager 2bf Jute.  I suspect the board would have likely known the manager was getting binned when signing off on the deal though so not overly concerned for his future just yet.

Very possibly but still unsettling time at club and always chance new manager might not like him.

Of course but there will defo be pressure to play the record signing regardless of who they get in.   One thing for sure is this is a fascinating move.  It will all come down to whether the kid sinks or swims ultimately but you would hope he would at least get the opportunity to prove one or the other.  Verona are bottom of Serie A but only 4 points off safety, there's real opportunity here for Bowie to make a name for himself.

So along with, A(moneybags)FC's (spit) Randall joining from the A-league, the arabs have apparently sign Lauchie Rose, who is a decent striker and whose team will hopefully win the league in a few weeks. interesting that they're persisting on the A-league though. 

Dundee United look like they're doing a lot of research into whether their signings are a good culture fit for them, hence signing someone who looks like he already lives in a caravan.

Purely my opinion but in the context of the silly prices that players go for these days, I actually don't think £70m for Gordon comes anywhere close to the stupid levels of some transfers.
