Mark hughes is Fulham's new manager. Think that is a more than decent appointment. Hopefully he can build on Roy's success and ensure they retain a few of their key players from last season.

I just read that Kilmarnock have signed a young Welsh lad, who says it's a "dream come true" to join Killie.

Darmstadt fans loved him. They would have got promoted if Hornby hadn’t missed so many games. He just didn’t get going with the Dons though. Carrying too many injuries. A feature of his career perhaps. This meant he was awful in his first of three seasons at Darmstadt. 0 goals there too. Last season though he was amazing. And this too.

Rangers are only being linked with him by moonhowling Rangers fans on twitter. They can't afford him and he wouldn't be remotely interested in signing.

Ross McCrorie could be on his way back to Rangers.

I saw a rumour that it might be £3m, which we're apparently due 20% of, so if that isn't just wishful thinking that it would be very tidy indeed.

If that's going to be McInnes' approach to signings then I don't think Martin O'Neill will be losing much sleep.

I’m quite happy if they keep on signing players that won nothing for us. I don’t think their fans will be though

He was ok for us, made us a few quid. I’ve nothing particularly against him bar the hunnery, but he never really displayed that while he was here.

Will he move the dial at snake mountain - absolutely not. It’s actually a downgrade on Tavernier given he had a decent set piece and crossing ability which McCrorie doesn’t.

Very promising first signing from McInnes that. Bodes well for the rest of us…

Anthony Joseph reporting that Roma have enquired about Ferguson and have been quoted a fee of no less than 20 million euros.

Paper talk, I know but this could get interesting as you'd expect others to express interest after his World Cup performance.
