Firstly no intention to wind up Rico ( but it is a bonus) by starting this more than forty eight hours ahead of January window closing BUT as a squad we are all over the fucking place and even at this early stage I would imagine we all would have opinions on what need to happen over the summer.

Appreciate that certain things might be addressed in the remaining forty eight odd hours of the winter one BUT given our performance to date, coupled to us being manager less, I wouldn't stake any money on it

I'm with @Panda on Smith, he's much better through the middle, and definitely was better there for Livi last season (I even mentioned it before we signed him).

But that’s not the point. Countless media outlets have said he a winger before he joined us. If you’ve seen him play through the middle then well done. He’s a winger.

He can play a variety of positions. No-one is doubting he has played as a winger in his career. But his best role appears to be through the middle.

I watched him play as a winger v Dundee, and I watched him play through the middle v Celtic. Saw both games with my own eyes. He was significantly better v Celtic. There's my evidence.

In the second half (not that he was there for long) it was clear he was being played as a number 10. However in the first half, fuck knows - I thought he was out right but think everybody was playing like headless chickens in the first half.

Just getting the Pom Poms out for Mikey Anderson again. Top of their league, set up the winner away to Livi and just all round better than the garbage we’ve got.

They’re playing the Diet Huns in the cup next. Possibly setting myself up here if they get pumped but keep an eye on him

I think the touches of the ball on the right was him having to go and collect some of the wayward balls to him.

If he has a decent game, I’d imagine the diets will snap him up. Unlike us, they’re nae feart of taking a punt on a lower league player - with decent results.

Of course we’re the club where careers & promising players come to die, so he’d be mental coming here…

Curious as to which of the 13 players Darren Mowbray had a hand in as to the untrained eye it would appear very few, if any, of them could've been recommended by him going by his previous targets for us.

The club was very self-congratulatory back in March when he was appointed and by all accounts was advising us on an on/off basis for a while preceding his appointment so I'm left scratching my head as which of the 13 could possibly have been identified by him.

If indeed he is in any way responsible for any of these charlatans donning the famous red then serious questions need asked of him also along with the usual suspects (Burrows & Lutz).

We genuinely have the worst squad we've had for many years, with respect of sell on value anyway, and this was a major point in the recruitment of Mowbray. We'd be lucky to recoup a packet of Postman Pats on any of this mob even with Lutz using his book of dodgy pictures which he's obviously been using to get people to buy our players.
