BigAl Posted October 11, 2024 Report Posted October 11, 2024 https://www.afc.co.uk/2024/10/11/devlin-extends-dons-stay/ Happy with that TBH. Quote
OrlandoDon Posted October 11, 2024 Report Posted October 11, 2024 Yes, happy with that but others have mixed feelings about him. Had a dip in form when we were pish last year, but a pretty reliable guy. Need a young guy too push him on, still don’t see jack milne as a right back. so, is that one down two to go, Mackenzie and McGrath next?? Quote
RicoS321 Posted October 11, 2024 Report Posted October 11, 2024 Well deserved. Scotland legend. Quote

Kowalski Posted Saturday at 16:45 Report Posted Saturday at 16:45 Caveat: I’ve had a few beers. I don’t think there is a coincidence that when (roughly speaking) Devlin was dropped as a starter last season we’ve been shit and didn’t win any league games…..to now (roughly speaking) Devlin being back in the starting 11 and we’re much better now. Clearly one player does not make a team and there are technically more gifted players in our team however, for me, Devlin is the heart of our team and we should be building the team around him. Anyway, back to the bar. 2 Quote
manc_don Posted Saturday at 19:16 Report Posted Saturday at 19:16 Haha I had the same thought a while ago but wasn’t brave enough to post it. Couldn’t agree more and hope he can solidify his spot without getting run into the ground. 1 Quote
OrlandoDon Posted Saturday at 21:35 Report Posted Saturday at 21:35 Agreed, and I think everyone here thinks devlin is a better option than Jensen. The latter is certainly a good squad player to have with his position flexibility, but especially with tobers injured and the return of a back 3, I feel there’s plenty of devlin game time ahead which we all appreciate. Both will be on the field a lot together too. i also think second factor is Armstrong. I believe he’s better than we all expected, and with devlin Armstrong Milne and shinnie is our starting 11, I do think that Scottish core gives a work ethic mentality strength and identity that we were lacking. 2 Quote

It's the beard. Lack of appropriate facial hair has cost our club dearly. 2 Quote
Jute Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago I think the more pressing question is how bad is Kowalski’s hangover this morning. 3 Quote
