  1. Apologies for source of link. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/martin-boyle-explains-hibs-contract-24789870
  2. That one's a kick in the balls. Fuck cancer.
  3. Min, with language like that you will be up for a ban. ?
  4. Yep. It's been a shit 18 months, but how many other teams fans ran on to the pitch when they scored?
  5. I don't normally do "horror" books as I've never found them scary. But King is just a master in telling a story. His book '11/22/63' has to be up there as one of my favourites. I like a book that you have to invest time in. 'IT' has over 1000 pages in it and '11/22/63' has over 800 pages. Time well spent.
  6. Teddy's goal was really well taken goal. And it was a cert that Anderson would score against us. If I was a betting guy I would have put some money on that... Bold move from Glass with the changes. You would have to think that this would have of been loss/draw under McInnes. Even if It's the first game that some fans have been too in over a year and we score a winner in injury time does not mean you can run onto the pitch like a bunch of old firm fans. That will cost us money. Bunch of fucking arseholes.
  7. I gave up watching ages ago mate. Good to see that GB are ahead of Australia in the medals though. ?
  8. 1-1 JET for us and Bruce Anderson for them. You just know that Anderson will score against us...
  9. Channel 7, Channel 9 and channel Ten are the main commercial TV stations over here. They really are just channels that show adverts with a smattering of shite programs where people shout at each other a lot. I would not trust any of these channels news broadcasts to even get what day it was right. The only stations that I trust in anyway are the ABC and SBS. The ABC is the Australian BBC (but not as shite) and SBS is a channel that is very diverse. The ABC has a history of being a touch to the left. I watch the ABC news for what's going on in Queensland/Australia and the SBS news for what is going on in the world. The Australian Sky News has actually been banned from YouTube for a week after they were found to be spreading misinformation about Covid and the vaccines. https://www.theguardian.com/media/2021/aug/04/sky-news-australia-purges-several-videos-from-youtube-after-ban-over-covid-misinformation Sky News Australia is just a channel of far right nutjobs who are watch by people who are just as bad as the presenters.
  10. Even my wife (who is Australian) can't watch it anymore. The thing I used to like about the Olympics was it was a whole world thing (most of the time...) not just Australia. And the commentators on Channel 7 are dire.
  11. I used to enjoy the Olympics but the TV coverage here is so one-eyed. Aye, of course the commentators should be all for Australia but I think they forget that there are other countries there as well.
  12. This might help, mate https://shop.afc.co.uk/customer-service/size-guide
  13. I see Al being more of your full strip kind of guy. ?

    Coronavirus

I have to say that the Queensland premier has been really good. She's not been scared to put the state into lock down and we have had (so far...) low numbers of infection. Dan Andrews in Victoria has done well considering he was really unwell for a while. I would like to see him as PM one day.

    Coronavirus

HaarDon and Manic have pretty much nailed it on the head. I think a lot of Australians have had the mind set that what has happened in the UK could never happen here. But with this new Delta variant now spreading around the southern states I think many here will be in for a big shock.
  17. For some reason I think we will win 2-1 in Gothenburg...

    Coronavirus

Only 15% of Australians now had their second jag...
