Its not the EBT that they would be punished for. It is the fact that they issued a letter confirming payments as part of the EBT. This letter counts as an additional contract and as these contracts and payments were not disclosed to the SFA they broke the rules as players with the letters were not correctly registered with the SFA.

Jason Brown and Shaughnessy jointly to blame for goal with Shaughnessy allowing a long punt from Cowdenbeath keeper to bounce over him and then Jason Brown backed off the Cowdenbeath striker to allow him to finish easily. Jason Brown flapped at a few things yesterday.
