  1. Alreet. I am 14Fosters as I am Foster14 on another board, but cannot bring myself to be named after a Rangers player. I am 25, live in Aberdeen and work as an accountant, tis exciting stuff. First game was a 3-1 win over Hearts in 95. My second game was a 4-2 win over Huntley pre-season in 2005. Reason being my sole family member interested in football, my granda, took me to that Hearts game, then had a heart attack at a Celtic game on Boxing Day later that season and then never returned himself so never took me again. Only really took a proper interest again when I stopped working weekends. This has been my sixth season as a season ticket holder in the RDU. So not seen much in the way of good times. Seems alright on here, some interesting debate. Ended up on AFC chat as it was the first that came up when I searched (very basic approach, haha). Found this as it was the second to come up...
  2. I accept your challenge. Now where is my DeLorean... Tis a strange one, given he has not had a club yet this season, it seems a bit daft to risk a contract by touting himself about. We like a good saga though, wouldn't read too much in to iy.
  3. What have Vernon and Folly done that McArdle, Magennis and so on haven't. I think Folly has seriously regressed as the team has, I seriously can't think of a game he has taken by the scruff of the neck in a long time. Vernon has been left massively isolated of late and has shown he can score, but is far from proving consistency in his performances. Thing that confuses me is if you are basing this on talent, performance or attitude. I can't see any great pattern to your selection...
  4. Paton I imagine will still be one of the more likely to go, given he has gone to the lengths of a trial in Austria (though that may be more to get away from McGhee than Aberdeen if rumours are to be believed). Any concrete interest in anyone out of contract in the summer and I think they will be allowed to talk/go (Maguire apart, unless silly money is involved). Maybe a couple of the youngsters who have been around the first team on loan to, if we get in more experience...
  5. He can't really say anything else. Unfortunately now we find ourselves in an absolutely bizarre position where we are going to struggle to properly dictate a potential fee for someone we still have contracted for 2 years. As professional as I think Foster is, I can't really see him being over the moon at returning to a club where he was pushed out the door, not to mention a considerable element of the support who will struggle to accept him back. The only way round this would be Craig Brown convincing him of a place here. To me this sounds like we are trying to put him well and truely in the transfer market. I guess we have to focus on Rangers just now due to them having a loan agreed till the end of the season but come the end of the season I can only see him or the club pushing through a move as it will probably be in the best interests of everyone. I just hope it ain't for tuppence hapenny.
  6. Now that How Not to Live Your Life (brilliant by the way) is finished I only have Peep Show on my Sky+ series link. Poor state of affairs really...

  8. Can't see this one, he regularly plays for Preston. Would take him though, as I would with pretty much any full back just now, as it is going to be difficult to get short-term fixes which we need right now. Callum Davidson would definitely be up there with one of the better options at the current time though, probably be a little less risk getting in the experience than a young loan if that is the alternative. In Brown I trust though...
